This should soften the heart of every person in authority today: the thought, "it could happen to me, too"; " it could be my son/father/brother/sister/mother"... If they told the former Naval Chief or his son, a day before, that this would happen to him, would he believe? When he was in service/office, was he fair and humane and law abiding? Or was he terminating other people's lives because he was in power?.. I don't know. This is gruesome and heartbreaking. No father wants to experience this. As for the beast that murdered him, nemesis is already doing its job. May the soul of the young man rest in peace and may those in authority learn to exercise power with the fear of God. 7 Likes |
