The blame is on whoever picked the housemates
They had the opportunity to bring in interesting housemates but they brought boring housemates.

The season is boring and it's also the season with the highest number of housemates who have auditioned for not less than 5 years straight.
There's a reason majority of them were not picked.
Such a tragedy that all of them were packed into one season.

The major problem is nepotism! Why bring via connection and god fatherism When We have over 100Million struggling average Nigerians that are hungry for the money!
U don't expect people that are highly connected to work that hard in giving us a show even if they promise the organizers to entertain.. knowing they can make the prize money easily by just going into the house and boosting their chains of network!

You stated the same point of reshuffling production team. Physical auditions or not, it doesn't change. It the same people who exists online that exists offline, moreover they still hold physical auditions after preliminary selections are made. Think of it as applying for a job, shortlisted candidates are invited for further trimming.
If the production doesn't improve, nobody you put there would bring anything new.

I totally agree. It still doesn't make any sense that Floruish were evicted on that Sunday. It was the only time two pairs were evicted this season, hence why I believe that the female twins are being protected and they're Biggie's favorites. If you recall correctly, the eviction show went past the usual 8pm, which was odd, probably because Floruish's eviction wasn't preplanned, but decided along the line.

BBN is like a movie, there is a production team (writers and all), the housemates are like movie characters. It's up to the production team to bring out the best from the characters. You don't put people in a house with all of those perks and expect them to be automatically entertaining. Even if na me, I go just dey gist, play game, chop, and wait for sponsored task. Put the character on an effing journey.
Another problem is the viewers who have created the impression that just being on BBN is an automatic ticket to stardom - imagine Zion and Chinwe saying they want to act. The perks are too much that it'd make anyone lazy.

The production team is to be blamed for the show's poor performance. Ever since BBN became a dumping ground for companies to advertise their products through sponsored tasks, it has been dwindling. The production team doesn't even bother with ideas - just wake up, lounge around and wait for sponsored tasks which half of the winnings are never redeemed.
Take a leaf out of the book that inspired this thing and create an environment for drama, intrigue and tension. With that, you get a mix of reactions from the different personalities in there.

Another impression to correct is that reality shows are just that by name. A lot of plotting and manipulation goes on behind the scenes. If we are going by the reality thing, then nobody should complain about them being boring because they're living as they would aside.
Again the team should create environments that trigger interesting reactions. Bring back the haves and haves not thing - create a faux social divide in the house, only in this case they can actually do something to change their class. Maybe give power to nominate solely to the head of house and watch how intense the head of house challenge gets every week. Bring back the theme of the week thing and enforce it. Eg the fears and phobia thing from See Gobe. Cut down on the sponsored tasks. Reduce viewer power so that housemates to don't play to please the viewers, but navigate the house. Lastly for this season, make the pairs compete amongst themselves for a single slot to remain in the house, rather than just dissolving pairs. Imagine the two sets of twins going up against each other or Bffs like Nelly and Anita, husband vs wife. Etc

3. Like many businesses that fail to evolve, the show relies too heavily on its past success. It is time for a radical approach.

If these issues are addressed comprehensively, I am confident that the show will regain its popularity and win back its former fans.

...then if you watch the HMs work out in the mornings, for awww moments or beef, and do not do any work out yourself- join them or walk/run/do cardio/strength-train for at least 30 minutes? You are not okay
