Under the very unfortunate circumstances the very corrupt maga majority supreme court has created, my answer is yes. And the intrinsic contradiction is not missed.

Imagine the majority decide my body their choice, and minority I insists, which I can, on having my choice. The worse they can do is arrest me and jail me, but can you not see how stupid and absurd they'd be when their jails are full of my choice women?

And this is where you argument purposeful or unpurposefully breaks down.
If someone else dictates what fundamental rights you have, even if it is to agree to allow you those rights, then it wasn't a fundamental right and you don't intrinsically have control over that thing.

Roe v Wade guaranteed Reproductive Health as a fundamental right under the privacy implied in the 14th Amendment. Your body your Choice.

Roe v Wade did not "guarantee Reproductive Health as a fundamental right", Ijebos. If it did, this Supreme Court would not have "said that Constitution did not find that Reproductive Health was a fundamental right".

Vote Blue for a 28th Amendment of My Body my Choice to guarantee Reproductive Health as a fundamental right please so the Supreme Court would not be able to disguarantee that Reproductive Health is a fundamental right.

This is an entire lie. First off, there’s policy to be followed when visiting Arlington, that was violated.
Trump was there for a wreath laying at the TOMB OF THE UNKNOWN soldier. The soldier is unknown therefore his family is also unknown, so how did they express that they wanted Trump there?
He then took a tacky thumbs up photo in front of one of the graves of those who died in Afghanistan, somwthing that violates the cemetery policy regarding politics. Trump’s aide pushed an employee resulting in an incident report being filed and Family members complained about the incident because it was rude and disruptive. Who wants someone taking a thumbs up photo in front of their loved one’s grave. FYIArlington is a National Cemetery and their policies supersede the wishes of the families of those buried there so either way, he was wrong.

Source? I've mentioned this incident twice in reply to our resident idiot. dailycaller and Breitbart.
The family wanted photos and videos of the occasion. A grieving family should be allowed leeway not play politics.

Huh?

Roe v. Wade was a Supreme Court Ruling.
It decided that abortion was a right vested either under the Right to Privacy or under the 9th amendment (those rights reserved to the people).

The current Supreme Court revisited that Ruling and redecided it saying that abortion was not a right guaranteed under the Constitution as "deeply rooted in the Nation’s history and tradition" and not "implicit in the concept of ordered liberty".

You are not arguing what Roe v. Wade found with me. Pick another hill to die on.

DNC convention..This is a interesting read.

https://nypost.com/2024/08/23/opinion/why-democrats-convention-set-them-up-to-lose-in-november/

Takeaways
Final year of Trump had 400K border encounters. 2023 border encounters 2.4 million. Trump is to blame for the open borders not Biden and Kamala

Trump name mentioned over 380 times at the convention. Kamala mentioned him 15 times in her speech. How many times she mentioned inflation? Zero.

As for Joe Biden rambling speech he lied that.
*Trump supported neo-Nazis in Charlottesville (lie).
*Trump called dead US soldiers “suckers and losers” (lie).
*Trump promised a bloodbath if he loses (lie).
*Trump supports Project 2025.

Reuters. Policy supersedes wishes. He was there for a wreath laying, not to visit their son’s grave.

Ijebos, the subject of our discussion was never a fundamental right. A fundamental right in USA is constitutional, like the gun 2nd and no slave 13th, a privilege my body my choice has not been given yet.

Still, someone else can not dictate what fundamental rights I have, can't you see? Or don't you think I can tell you to go fuq your dictate and do what I want? What control do you have then when I can choose (either to illegally do what I want to my body in the state your dictate be damned, or move my body out of the jurisdiction of your stupid dictate)? You gonna throw my body in jail for an abortion and hope to win a future election with lots of mes campaigning against you from prison?

Think of it this way. In order for others to have control over my body, I first have to relinquish control over my body. And I am telling you that I am not willing to relinquish control over my body to others who vote to control my body.

My name is not Toby. I am Kunta Kinte! And we shall fight this until I get my 28th even if it takes me losing both my feet and my uterus in the battle.

In fact, that's an idea. You go low and ban abortions and I'll just go high and remove my baby making organs so I can't get pregnant in the first place, lol, though thankfully, there's condoms and the pill. Either ways, your dictating state's population will fall along with your tax revenue and we'd see how they like it then when you pull up a chart showing the poorest states are those with "my body state" laws.

Though I do wonder why I should be telling you what you and the entire world already know.

Tell. What do you think would have been the case if the right to not be a slave was vested under the 9th amendment? Would we likely not still be fighting for the removal of chains from black necks?

RvW was insufficient and made the left feel comfortable on their laurels, and the Supreme Court has shown we need an unshakable 28th!

Both of the sources you listed are notorious far right sites and are known to publish lies. But what’s more important? Arlington is federal property. Trump’s actions violated federal policy. What isn’t biased or a lie is Arlington National Cemetery POLICY. FEDERAL policy “prohibits political campaign or election-related activities within Army National Military Cemeteries, to include photographers, content creators or any other persons attending for purposes, or in direct support of a partisan political candidate's campaign.”

I no longer believe in leftie media. They didn't want him there first of all according to the article despite the Gold Star families taking upon themselves to invite him and there was a photographer present.
Let them charge Trump in court if he broke any law.
They always looking for the most mundane thing to make him look bad.

What does so called ‘leftie media’ have to do with Federal Policy? You brought up this incident and tried to defend him by saying it was the wishes of the family when in reality, it was a violafio . Family wishes don’t supersede federal policy so the justification you and your sources tried to use are moot.

It gets worse. (The grave in question is circled).

Trump Videos at Arlington Stir More Fallout After Gravesite Visit
The family of a Green Beret buried there expressed concern about videos and photos taken by his grave. And a cemetery employee declined to press charges after an altercation with the Trump team, fearing retribution.

In a statement from Sergeant Marckesano’s relatives after being contacted by The New York Times, his sister, Michele, said, “We fully support Staff Sergeant Darin Hoover’s family and the other families in their quest for answers and accountability regarding the Afghanistan withdrawal and the tragedy at Abbey Gate.”

“However,” she added, “according to our conversation with Arlington National Cemetery, the Trump campaign staffers did not adhere to the rules that were set in place for this visit to Staff Sergeant Hoover’s gravesite in Section 60, which lays directly next to my brother’s grave.”

Sergeant Marckesano’s sister continued , “We hope that those visiting this sacred site understand that these were real people who sacrificed for our freedom and that they are honored and respected accordingly.”

Noone was fired for the botched
withdrawal that led to the deaths of the 13 Americans and hundreds of Afghans. Despite a marine sniper clearly having IDed the suicide bomber long before he detonated. Noone was fired for gifting the Taliban around $80 billion worth of weapons and equipment. Noone was fired for not vetting those who were airlifted out of Afghanistan.
Now I saw reports the govt has provided &350 million in aid to the Taliban as a result of carelessness.

But Trump taking a photo at the graveside is such major Probably the crime of the century.

Why don't we fire the same person who was responsible for the 65 deaths in Afghanistan during Trump's presidency.
It was probably the same person.
How many anniversaries of those deaths did he attend?

Someone like you who clearly doesn't understand honor and sacrifice wouldn't know what is so wrong with politicizing soldier's deaths.
