₦74 minus ₦ 5.70
Yet I am finding it difficult to sell
This is definitely greed.
My assumption is that those that bought at ₦76 also want to make money

How is this Oando's business or interest?
Oando now operates in the upstream (exploration and production).
It does not operate in the midstream (refining) nor downstream (retail distribution).

As at now in market, any offer that comes up @74 is being picked immediately......
Are some other Asset Managers or other entities buying?
Make we dey observe sha.
- Over N4.8bn staked on it so far......with over 66M units in transactions......

** Looking more like crossing to themselves at that price....

** Those getting bored with O&O discussions, make Una no vex.......it's because that's the trending stock in market for now......you can be skipping some posts**

I believe the profit taking will continue early next week and we may see it at 60+ before it rallies again.

Exactly my thoughts. More profit taking will happen by Monday till like Wednesday. It has created a new resistance at ₦76+.

That was how some guys made many to sell off @39+ and to re-enter the bus became difficult until today when it touches 73+....
Why not just keep following the market and news, instead of all these assumptions.......
Can you tell us the reason for this post? TA, FA or SA?

* Meanwhile, over N5.6bn has been staked on +76M units transactions so far........
Lowest it has gone as at now is 73.50 (aside when it opened with 70 and was panic sold down to 63.60 or so).......still ranging btw 73.50 and 74........so far.....

** Closed on full bid @76.90!!!

Have you been to the refineries? Those refineries are massive liabilities. It will cost quite a lot to put them back in order, except if they want to use them for scrap. I've been to Eleme refinery, but don't take my word for it. Just do some research on restarting a refinery that has been left for more than 20 years.

Anything is possible in Nigeria; they might sell it at a ridiculous price or just give it away to their relations.

Japaulians will enjoy 10 10 percentage ride next week.

Those who already acquired sit tight and enjoy a new ride.

This Present Govt will make some companies and people rich.

I swear......

Enjoy

Oando is already heavily indebted. For the purchase of Agip, they only placed about 10% or less in equity; the rest is debt. Even if they get the refineries for free, they will still have to spend millions of dollars they currently don't have. It's better not to commit to too many things. They should pay off the humongous debts first before pursuing other money sinks.

In my opinion, it will not be a good idea. There is only so much that family ties can do before others start protesting.

Good if we have people who are willing to sell. I bought more units today, will buy more if it ever goes below today's range.

Everything happening around Oando at the moment is all down to market forces of demand and supply and so any short term projection is mostly speculative. I do not have the clout to influence anything.
The real direction of the stock will be clear when we info from the expected financial report.
