But this soul/spirit of man is not the Spirit of God aka breath of God which keeps us alive on earth, which we get so as to live on earth as shown in Genesis 6:3/John 1:4 and others.

So here, we are talking about the 2nd half of man which is called soul/spirit since the first half of man which is called human and flesh has died as God Said.

Samuel had already died. for long, which clearly means that his body was rotten and gone, yet a witch woke him up, from his sleep which we call death

So did the witch wake up his human body, which you know which was buried.and rotten in the grave?

If you read the story, did saul and the witch go to Sanuel's grave to wake him up? No.

So, what then did she wake up.to the point that Samuel complained "why did she disturb his sleep? Now, you see the answer.
