The truth is that Tinubu and those working for him have the penchant for violating the law and going against the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria. In saner climes, Tinubu should have long been impeached. 8 Likes |

Everyone just want to cut his or her own from national cake. This is why Gbajabiamila resigned as a member of house of representatives. He has not gotten enough and he need to do oversight of those plum agencies just to cut his own. 14 Likes |

“He is a political appointee, and he couldn’t have undertaken such visits without the president’s mandate,” the director said. Nothing wrong with this as long as there are no issues of him seeking bribes from any MDA. Do you think he went there in his own capacity? 4 Likes 1 Share |

CyrusVI: “The Chief of Staff is a personal appointee of the president and lacks the constitutional authority to carry out the functions of other government officials, even when he has the president’s mandate,” Itodo said. He cautioned that such actions could set a bad precedent and create friction between government organs. you copy half statement, you no see the above?! 4 Likes |

Toh Gbajabiamila is trying to make his boss, President Tinubu proud. His visit to the various agencies is to know what they are doing, what they have achieved and what challenges they are facing. I see nothing wrong with that 21 Likes |

.....and if its president who directed him to go thr, in other to have first hand information about the agencies. In as much im of the opinion that cheif of staff to president or Govs are not supposed to be heard or even seen as often as they do in Nigeria. I think they are supposed to be preocupied by so much work that their principala are giving them, in other fir them to succed. But in obodo naijeria, everybody wants be kingkong. |

Bobloco: No! This govt believe Yorubas are the only tribe that can help Tinubu suceed. Concentrating major offices around the tribe and their people has been the pattern. Bigotry can win election, it won't win give you good governance. You need best brain from neutral political stand irrespective of tribe if you don't have any in your party |
Re: Concerns Over Gbajabiamila’s Oversight Of Agencies by mastermaestro(m): 12:59pm On Sep 02 |
If the president cannot personally visit these agencies operating directly under his office, it is not out of place to ask his personal staff to do so on his behalf. There may be certain facts he seeks to know other than what the secretary to the government might have submitted. No fuss, so long as the chief of staff doesn't abuse this privilege. 1 Like |

Okwyjesus: Hope you also biliv people should eat from whre they work! Going by what happened, before, during and after election up till now, it takes great courage for any president outside igbo extraction to appoint sons and daughters of igbo to his govt. Meanwhile, bigotry ought to have ended after election but for igbo, they you started since 2015 up till date, that it will go back to north and you will continue till day that only God knows |

Agencies are ultimately answerable to the President. The President has the constitutional right to task a trusted appointee of his to check what the hell is going on in many of the inefficent agencies. If that trusted person is the Chief of Staff, so be it. Nobody knows what many of these agencies do. Many of them are a coven of corruption and if you're not from an Agency's Oga's tribe, no promotion for you. Majority of new employees are usually from Oga's tribe. The report was by 'Daily Trust'. Ha ha ha. We know why. |
