Omooloriredade:If thr is any being I hold to highest respect is my late father beside God.I swear on my fathers grave.I hade decided to sell some of my oando today if I see #80 which I believe was possible based on what I saw happened to offer towards closing on Friday . I was not expecting maximum price for today. I wanted to reinvest the proceed on wapco because I believe based on FA that it can given me 50% after q3 results. I don't know how to extract old post here.I remember when oando hit #30 and someone here asked if I will sell. And I said no that I am not yet full.In deciding to place sell order what happened in JB which I started selling at 75 Crossed my mind and I said let me hear his opinion. You know the price of JB last week. This is because he is someone I got his contact in his early days in this stock market. Though he has grown so larger because of Northern contact and KD inner cycle. He told me with confidence it will hit #100 And gave another figure I can't believe by next yr. I only shared it here so if you are a member and wish to hang on still for a while. It is your decision to take but I had decicide to reinvest my bet thr into wapco once I see 100.He told me the political will in support of the stock was strong.Though if anyone can go and check my past post it was one of the reasons i was shouting buy my betnaija stock too.Infact he told me the quantity on his buy list was not yet met It didn't not change any perceived negative comments on oando based on FA even as I am inside.I talked negative things on sugar which I wa in it even as it was going up.i called out my reservations on the rice sector. I have said negative things about IB which may have contributed in no one taking my rights. What makes oando special. I talked about champion as per insider information. I only continue to raise alarm that don't do follow follow and go and enter watin pass u.I never asked anyone here to buy oando above #30 because I will not do it based on my DD and strong margin of safety 7 Likes 1 Share |

Good day House. Please those who have at one time or another done interbroker transfer of stocks especially from other brokers to Morgan Capital, how many days did it take after you filled and submitted all the necessary forms and identity documents? Your responses will be appreciated. |

Picky1:Capital NO! Right Issues and PO that haven't even close yet, talkless of finalizing the paperworks. Both will close on Sept 9th if there won't be extension again.........while interim Div qualification date is 13th. Collation from receiving agents may take another one or two weeks after closing date self. 3 Likes |

Payunsin: Exactly, I am not selling any unit of Oando till it gets to #17 which is my breakeven price. I have turned the little units of the stock to long term investment. Maybe in the coming years, dividend of #17 will cover my cost price. Maybe in 5 years time, I will say I bought Oando for #17. I saw Seplat on this forum at #300, you know the price today. I won't advice anyone to buy Oando at this price, it is very risky as there might be serious pull back soon before it continues it's onward journey. The difference between when oando bought conoco and now after buying agip is that Oando is the operator, as in, they are the ones managing the assets on behalf of nnpc, and we know nnpc who is nnpc, and nnpc doesn't have too much say 1 Like |

Deadlytruth: Once it's confirmed from your target broker that they have submitted all necessary documents, all that remains is in the hands of cscs, No broker determines that. If it's from an existing/functional firm to another operating firm, it will also depend on the firm you are moving from ie how quickly and willing they are to process your request. In all, nothing less than 4 weeks from the date your new firm submitted the required documents all things being equal. |

KarlTom: Good that Oando has issued this statement with a caution of possible legal action It is only those who are ignorant or mischievous that would believe the lies of ''accelerated'' approval being given to one company to the detriment of other companies. The oil and gas sector is a global sector hence any wrong step taken by government could lead to serious international diplomatic issues that we do not imagine. How could you possibly favour an ENI (Italian) and frustrate a Mobil (American) or Shell (UK), all because of small a company like Oando? |
