I will repeat myself. It should never have led to this event.

No top European club was willing to accept his wage demands and he totally lost all the leverage he had during those negotiations. Calenda should've recognized this, accepted the L and admit to Victor that Chelsea was their best option at that point.

This is ridiculous blame shifting. So you think that Osimhen wasn't aware of all this? Or it's no longer Osimhen that makes his own decisions? Agents do not make decisions for their players.

Are you aware that going by Osimhen's rating, scoring anything less than 25-30 goals in the Turkish league would be considered a poor season by the big clubs? They'd start to see him as a one season wonder who couldn't even replicate his good form in a farmers' league. That's how those people think. The football market is a brutal market.

He's taking a very big gamble and if it doesn't turn out right, things could turn out pretty badly for his career. His pockets will be full, yes, but what happens when clubs no longer rate him highly anymore. We already saw glimpses of it in the just concluded transfer window, where Chelsea didn't even deem him valuable enough to at least offer him his current wages at Napoli.

I wish him the best, but honestly speaking, things aren't really looking too good for him. His pockets will remain full though. I guess that's enough for him. 🤷🏽‍♂️
Your opinion but in the trash

All the dumb comments on Osimhen… please refer to Proberbs 17:28 Even a fool who keeps silent is considered wise; when he closes his lips, he is deemed intelligent.

Although, half bread is better than none but there’s no moral justification to disapprove Chelsea offer of a Loan without obligation or outright buy even with a lower wage and approve Galatasaray full wage. The thing about English league is the awareness/spotlight that it provides you. Anyway, we all make mistakes and no one is perfect as long as we learn from our mistakes. God has given him another chance to improve and he shouldn’t look back.
1) Humility
2) Avoid foolish instagram people
3) score goals
4) Avoid yes men
As far as this window is concerned, he had make the right decision, His mistake and that of is incompetent agent was before now

You see “Yes men” avoid those people if you have a chance because they’re one of the worst set of human beings to surround yourself. Even west ham is a better option than the best club at a backwater league. But, half bread is better than none and we have to support our star boy on his new journey
Did west ham offer to pay his full wages for 4 months and he refused?

I hate when we’re talking about football and people keep saying wages. If wages is your concern, just sign for saudi and retire. If football is your motive, you needs to be playing at the best leagues in the world IDGAF if your salary was reduced. Playing at the best league in the world provide you access to awareness, rating, levels etc and to think that Chelsea initially offered the same Loan without obligation. At this point, Only GOD has to intervene for him to come out of this situation. Icardi was one of the best strikers in the world, since he transferred to a Backwater turkey league, he hasn’t been rated again by big clubs. God, Humility, goals will be the only way to come out of this situation

Komehn what will be considered a good season for osimehn to still be rated highly by big clubs? How many goals does he needs to score? For example, icardi has been tearing that league with goals and big clubs didn’t come his way after he left psg. Even when nwakaeme and onuachu scored, big clubs still didn’t rate them. How many goals can he score that big clubs will reconsider??

1000goals since its Osimhen. How many did Wilf Zaha scored before leaving?

Which useless right decision? Let’s not deceive ourselves due to emotional attachment turkey league is a backwater league that big teams don’t rate.
1) Chelsea offered a loan without obligation to buy and good salary, No
2) Ah hilal offer multimillion No (if money was your incentive)
3) Chelsea offered to buy him outright reducing salary - No
4) he now decide to sign for a backwater league that no one rates and some emotional Novice are saying it’s a good deal.

As for Napoli, we also have to blame Napoli because earlier in the summer, PSG offered 80 Million and Napoli selfishly disregarded that offer expecting a counteroffer. It’s better that, Napoli allowed him to transfer to psg than to a backwater turkey league

Since England is mainstream Europe, its a good footballing decision leaving a Galatassary for Everton i guess

Yes, Napoli deserved to be blame because psg offered 90 million earlier in July and Napoli refused because it was below his Release clause. They expected multiple offers around that range and it never arrived so yes, they deserve some blame. I don’t think big clubs rate osimehn as highly as Nigerians or how he rate himself

They’re on the same level but the French league even though a farmers league is higher than turkey league.

League rankings
Big 4 Tier 1
1) Epl
2) La liga
3) Seria A
4) bundesliga

Farmers league Tier 2
A) Lique 1
B) Netherlands league
C) Portugal league

Backwater leagues Tier 3
A) Turkey league
C) Belgium league
D) Scottish league

There’s no contradiction. PSG allegedly offered 90 million and Napoli refused. They never counter offered instead, they relinquished. Usually, when clubs highly rate a player, they usually counteroffer and that’s what Napoli was expecting. Also, he was allegedly available for 75 million on the last day of the transfer market and other big clubs except Chelsea tried to sign him

A lot of online pundits thinking they know better than the man wearing the shoes. We don't even have half the information so let's stop acting like Jesus and allow the boy breathe.

We all were here when Napoli frustrated PSG despite Osimhen agreeing Personal terms with them.

Then we witnessed the disgraceful contract Chelshit offered him.

Thumbs up to him for not chasing the bag.

But a lot of top teams will be in the market for a striker soon.

Arsenal will realize Gabriel Jesus is a Doctor and Havertz isn't consistent.

Liverpool will want to move on from Nunez, man is just a white man Sanogo.

Maybe Barca would need a Lewandowski replacement and all sort.

So would we have advised he stay idle for four months or go play somewhere he can clearly bang goals(a lot of it) , get paid what he feels he is worth, and also get Napoli to reduce the release clause.

Tbh. Eventually, Osimhen Won.

I can't wait to see in banging goals in Galatasaray.

Let him bang goals for fun and let's see if nobody will come for him.

2000% footballing wise, playing for Everton at the best league in the world is even better than Galatasaray. Paul onuachu couldn’t score 1 goal for Southampton in 17 games. He transferred to a turkey league and scored 15 in 25 last season despite transferring in January

Yes, Napoli messed up in that regard and they might pay heavily if no one offers anything close to 90 Million. Why the fark will you refuse a 90 million offer from psg after osimehn has already agreed personal terms with psg

Napoli is a 419 club.

They're still trying to screw Osimhen at this 11th hour by presenting a written agreement different from what was verbally agreed with Osimhen.

Off topic - Nigerian Journalists are really cooking in this Osimhen transfer saga. First, POOJA and now Buchi Laba bringing exclusives, and breaking the stories ahead of Fabrizio and other European journalists

Osimhen clearly beat ADL in his own game..
Release Clause dropped to €75M
And he still earns his mammoth salary
And will still play in Europe before the winter market comes round..

Osimhen.. the man, the monster, the machine!!
Mentality monster on and off the pitch!

ADL got served!!
