Re: The NBA Begins by Hohenheim(m): 7:13pm On Aug 25 |
steady986:92/93 was the year with the lowest wins during the bulls championship, and what happened during the summer of 92? Well Google is your friend Clearly MJ and Scottie were taking it easy that season and saving their energy for the playoffs, something we see a lot of teams do today. For the 93/94 season they added Tony Kukoc and clearly they had something to prove that they were not just MJ's team. They had a decent playoff run but lost game 7 of the second round. The next season they were literally out of a playoff spot (tbf they lost Grant) before MJ came back, they were also begging him to come back 1 Like

Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 10:09pm On Aug 25 |
Hohenheim: All this is true and well. But the fact remains that the best player in the league left a team and that team didn't stutter one bit. Do you know how utterly ridiculous that is? It means either of these two things or a combination of both of them 1. MJ wasn't really that special when it came to winning. He only had the best team and the best coach in the league. 2. The NBA was bereft of great talent then and the competition wasn't all that much, asides a handful of teams like the Jazz, Rockets, Knicks and I won't even say Lakers and Pistons because that period of MJ's winning coincided with the end of the showtime and bad boys era. |

First off let me salute Maya Moore the female GOAT on her jersey retirement. Another 23 wearer influenced by basketball's Greatest. Nice touch by the Jordan brand honoring her as well. (next time they ask you what he does for his people, point to her as an example) Now to the foolishness So Scottie and Toni were good enough to win one or two championships but them no pass 2nd round. So what are we doing now? we are bragging about 1 playoff series win out of a possible 4. The next year nko. What was their record before MJ returned to salvage the season Jordan hate really make people be sounding goofy Jordan has two of the 5 lowest scoring supporting cast that ever won a title. Guess the players in that supporting cast. Just take a wild guess Using that logic and post. We can also say Kawhi was overrated using Bronsexual akpuruka math Raptors 2018-2019: 58-24 (70% winning) 2019-2020 : 53-19 (73.6% winning) Bronsexuality and illogic is 5 and 6 3 Likes 1 Share |
Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 12:29am On Aug 26 |
Hohenheim:Bronsexuals think a team that retained their winning coach, their entire support cast and added Toni Kukoc would fall and crumble instantly. They're used to their nomadic king leaving a rubble behind, they will tell you he leaves and the teams become a lottery team they won't tell you about all the trades and roster turnovers that make the team unrecognizable and handicapped When he left the team with some stability like the Heat didn't they get to Game 7 of the second round? And that was with Chris Bosh dealing with heart problems. All that counts is Jordan has 6 full rings. LeNomad has 3 or 3.5 at best (lockout year, Disney bubble) that he needed Superteams to win. One thing is for sure and two things for certain There has never in the history of the Modern NBA been a player who has been surrounded and required as much help to win as LeBronze. Even Steph Curry won a chip with freaking Andrew Wiggins as his vice. LeBronze has needed Kyrie Irving at minimum 2 Likes 1 Share |

What happens if Nigeria cant make the Afrobasket game scheduled for Wednesday. Is this an automatic L, or they reschedule? Why bid to host games if you dont want people coming to play games in your country. SA is funny 1 Like 1 Share |

Re: The NBA Begins by Flamemignon1(m): 10:44am On Sep 08 |
Killrhymz01:Stats are free even common sense should tell you this. Look at masculine lesbian women or feminine gay men and look at the career choices they choose |
Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 7:36pm On Sep 09 |
Flamemignon1: thats why killrhymz01 is asking for proof. Because reality is different from what you are saying. For example, many of the very masculine looking female athletes are actually very feminine in dressing and real life, and are very family oriented. For example peep the female sprinters in the just completed olympics. Even in the wnba, it is more rumor than reality. Similarly, men have been in fashion forever. There is nothing fundamentally feminine about men in fashion. You might be seeing the more effeminate ones and they catch your attention, but you have probably thought nothing about the dozens of manly tailors and hair dressers who dont attract attention In short your assertion needs proof for backup |
