The so-called lawsuit is frivolous and won't see the light of day in a courtroom.
Abike, no matter her prejudices, was acting in the public interest.
Amaka's act of posting public threats in the category of hate crime, is a criminal offense under Canadian law.
The fact that she has been criminally charged is the best evidence that Abike was acting in the public interest.

Legal costs are not cheap in Canada, and on top of that she is most certainly going to be convicted.
