Reversing the trend won’t be easy, it will continue to go up for a while though it will fluctuate up and down on its way up. The damage has already been done. Nigeria is a net importer and so much money has been borrowed and wasted by politicians.

Even if a serious government takes over, more money will still be borrowed to fight insecurity to boost agriculture and production.

The easier way to manage the inflation is to adjust income and prices and stabilize somewhere around where it is
