For me, the best team I have watched play football remains Barcelona 2010 - 2011. We didn't win the treble but the 2011 final was the best UCL final I have ever watched.

It remains criminal of Sandro Rosell and Bartomeu how that Barcelona side couldn't go on to have more success in Europe. We had everything to dominate for years but politics and internal maladministration ensured Pep was forced out and the greatest ever side was dismantled piece by piece until we had nothing left expect ruins and a decade without European success.

Well, I got it wrong with Chabi especially last season. I bought into his theory of making players work for his 'system'. Reason we kept demanding that the necessary players be bought. Meanwhile, every other player were underperforming and unable to reach a physical best.

More experienced coaches like Hansi Flick has proven that you can get the best out of what you have. You don't necessarily need to have the best players in each of the positions. Just find what you have and squeeze the maximum out of them.

It is too early to tell how long this will go on with Flick, such that even Chabi himself was able to cope in his first season, hauling the team back from the 9th position and winning the league with an unprecedented number of 1 - 0 and then proceeding to collapse the next season, when the team begun to show there true color. If you don't have enough quality and talent, there is a limit where hard work can take you to.

in as much as Xavi is a legend as a football player, I never like his coaching tenor. He isn't good not only as a coach but also doesn't know how to control his anger. I don't like it

Well, time has proven I was wrong and that most of Barca fans here, who were insisting that Chabi should be shown the exit door, were indeed right.

I was also very hesitant with Hansi Flick especially with his performance with Germany NT but I was again proven wrong. His start to live in Laliga couldn't have gone any smoother. Hopefully it continues and he can develop these set of players to a level never seen in the club in the last decade.

Ferran Torres : A talented forward who can play in 3 positions, fast, good at dribbling & running into space, ambitious, young but already w/ experience at the high level (UCL, Euro, EPL), knows LaLiga & several players in the squad.

I think Mateu Alemany did a good job here.
