In fact, one can get more than 26k four years ago doing such job I even know of a company paying as much as 49k to security guards during that period

There are many small business you can do that requires little capital that can fetch you 100k and above monthly.

Na why I no fit work for anybody be that.

In my working experience, I quarreled, infact fought with the two employers.

Weyrey people go dey buy new cars, when time to pay salary reach, e go be one story to another.
In the first place, I was able to stop late or delayed payment of salary by the management and also complete or correct lesson allowance or revenue payment(before they will just pay everyone one rounded figure like that, but I i was able to force them to pay using necessary calculations, them give me "Labour Union leader" as my alias.

In the second place, I singlehandedly stopped the owners notorious trait of suspending staffs that might give her problem when it comes to making enquiry for their salaries, me and the woman and her son wey just come back from outside reach police station, she first tried to bribe her way in but I made calls and things turned around for my favour.
Come see as other staff dey hail me for via calls and messages.

We are talking here mostly of private businesses set up as for-profit entities and not charities. So, let's get that fact straight. Anyone who wishes to run a for-profit venture that is not profitable enough to pay its employees a living wage should not even move forward, regardless of the assumed benefit it is to offer.

Yes, the schools should close and the parents move their kids to locations where they, the parents, can better afford to pay for better schooling for their kids instead.

I blame able-bodied people that apply for such teaching jobs in such schools. I blame parents that enrol their children in such good-for-nothing schools. No school with a good standard will advertise vacancies in this manner.

Why have you excluded yourself from the blame game?
Should you not be advocating for your local and state governments to employ teachers & other workers at the 70k minimum wage to provide free education for all children in primary, vocational and secondary schools free?
