He can't be disqualified before the election, he is going to contest, the final judgement will come after swearing in, so the only chance Akpata has is to come second while Okpebolo is declared winner and then later sacked by the court but then I don't see Akpata coming second in this election.

Nigerians love wasting time on frivolous trash inconsequential rubbish.
So because of a different month it's now a big deal ?
In a country where they make mistakes on daily basis on the smallest of things.
I will never run for office in Nigeria because of these kinds of nonsense.
For example, they made a mistake on my Nigerian passport with my month of birth because I wrote my date of birth in the American format which is what I'm used to.
I went back to complain but they refused to change it. Now my US passport and Nigerian passport have different date of birth.
My daughter was born in Nigeria before moving to the US, I applied for a Nigerian birth certificate, I told them where she was born but they switched her place of birth with mine.
I can go on and on with so many clerical errors that I have encountered in Nigeria.
In fact, my birth certificate that was printed decades ago has the wrong date of birth. I don't celebrate my official birthday because my mother told me long time ago that they wrote the wrong date.
I also know so many people with many errors on their official documents.
Thei judge is just making a mountain out of a mole.
