You can have C of O to the land and still build illegally on the same land. Because the land belongs to you, does not exempt you from obtaining appropriate building permits to build on the land especially in Lagos and Abuja. Maybe someone complained about the smell and noise from the place ...and it was noted such does not belong in such areas. He should go to court if he has a case.

Meanwhile watch Tinubu hospital viral video

See that nurse, looking at Tinubu as if she was checking out something undecided. Tinubu's aides should have told the nurse not to follow them out of the hospital. Quick recovery, Mr. Presido

Did he build in a place zoned for residential? Government excess is an ill wind that blows nobody good.

Many of you are simpletons

So because he supported Lagos demolition, which he explained is to prevent flooding, he deserves a similar fate even when in his case, he did everything right?

The biggest problem in this Country is the lack of quality education that led to a lack of deductive reasoning. Many of the young population lack the ability to judge matters without being emotional.

We really have a long way to go as a nation.

Abuja is not lawless Lagos where you wake up one morning and decide to poison your neighbors with your business grin , there is a right place to run a business, I don't support farming in residential places, because I can also open a snake farm beside your chicken farm after all it's also my private property

I support demolitions o. Personally, I'm quite ok to live village life without electricity as long as the village is clean, people affable, and there's fresh food. I was quite okay living in city Nigeria with the chaos. I'm at heart a futurist but am quite ok with a developing Nigeria. But this isn't the case with majority of Nigerianjs. Nigerians won't stop shouting about electricity, and housing, and hospitals, and clean roads , and how Nigeria isn't like Abroad. I couldn't even be with Nigerians without them whining about underdevelopment, cussing our ancestors, bellyaching bitterly to the gods for making them Nigerians. They will complain for living in - according to them - this Shithole instead of wonderful Abroad. You cant go on social media and be happy because some Nigerian will be there cussing Nigeria, abusing our forefathers and bitterly hating everything and everyone. They will not overlook any way or anything that can be used to mock Nigeria. Good news will be sneered at. Bad news would be made to seem it can only happen in Nigeria. We became Zoogerians. No country anywhere in the world is allowed to be worst than Nigeria. All because of Nigeria not being like Abroad.

Well, the state governors want to provide abroad for Nigerians, beginning with trying to order Nigeria towns and cities, by ploughing down Shanty settlements, sharks, unplanned structures and buildings. Tax is yet to be introduced meaningfully yet people want sympathy.

What exactly did he say that was wrong ... or bad or wicked? His farm is legal ... The houses built on the waterway are illegal. He said ...they should have not been allowed to be built and .... and they should be demolished. What is bad about this? I would really like to hear from those shouting karma etc.

Your oba of Lagos threatened to drown the Igbos in Lagos lagoon if they refuse to support Tinubu but today , the Yorubas are the people commiting suicide at the Lagos lagoon.

Helinues , if you've ever wished the Igbos harm in the past because of politics, retract it and apologize now before it's too late.
