Hi peeps, dunno I have been trying to add a friends pgp public key to kleopatra but I’m having a lot of difficulties on it….. Note(I only have he’s public key content).

This is about Encryption, don’t know if anyone has practically gone through that stage before!

With the broad concepts of encryption. Yes. Kleopatra is notoriously difficult to import keys. I asked what OS you are running this on and you have side stepped that question. I’ve tried something similar on Tails OS.

I’ve worked it out using same kleopatra…. Though you don’t just get key contents and put in a texteditor and save, yu still need to do some edits
