Well-done for the good job u are doing on the forum ur rewards is in heaven. Amen! Thank you so much for your kind words.

I need guidance, I want to fully sponsor my wife and my two children, one is infant, the second one is 3yrs old, for 7days holiday in London, I estimated 2100pounce for the three of them, flight for 3people =£1047, hotel
£403 ,feeding for 2people=£350, the infant is still breastfeed, and transportation within London=150£ , others= 100£, Is the bought okay? The bulk of the budget will be for ticket, followed by hotel. Once you have those figures, just add some change as shopping money. 500 pounds for all of them should be okay. The cost of transport is okay.

The question that says how much will be use to sponsor them,

My question is, are my going to write £2100 in there each application form? No, write the cost for each person. You will need more money for your wife.

I hope this helps. Good luck!

I earn N1.35m a month.

How can that dependant thing work... Cashmadam earlier said If I care for my parents. How do I demonstrate that?

For the ties back home, I just started buying estate plot on payment plan, I have some documentations with my name, does that work?

Apologies, i mean you cant spend more than 3X of your monthly expenses (not salary).
Put it in letter of support that you care for ypur aged parents, include pictures at the end which includes all of you. That should work.

The estate documentation should also work if it is registered and they can confirm it from their end...something like CAC

Hello. Good evening. Please can anyone advise on what to fill in amount to be spent during the trip? If a ticket has been bought already, should you add the ticket price to the cost of spending? Is 700 pounds a good enough amount to put as amount to be spent for a 3 weeks trip with accommodation and feeding fully covered? How much should be in the account statement provided if this is the amount to be put please?
Can you indicate other savings you have even if you won't be showing statement for that?

I am trying to book an appoint for self service on the tls website but for some reason all the appointments I’m seeing are either prime time or premium appointments. I’ve checked up until October it’s still thesame thing

Please how do I get a regular appointment for self upload ?

Thank you
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Jannyfranc: 11:48pm On Sep 16
700 pounds is too small.Like 4,000,000 which is about 2000 pounds.Even if someone is paying for your accommodation and feeding,be able to show you can take care of your bills should the person fail. The visit visa will clearly state that you dont have recourse to public fund.

I applied for the student visa and did my Biometric on the 22nd of August. After over 15 days, specifically on 12th September, I got a mail that processing my application is not straightforward and decision cannot be made within the service period of 15 days.
I got worried and decided to raise a paid enquiry on Sunday 15th Sept. They responded with the comments below. Meanwhile my online tracking status is still showing application with DMC.
Please what could probably be happening. @Cashmadam and other esteemed members of the forum. Kindly help with your advice.

Dear Bleep

Thank you for contacting UK Visas and Immigration International Contact Centre.

Our records indicate a decision has been made on your application. We cannot discuss the outcome of your application on-line or by telephone.

If your visa has been granted, a visa vignette (sticker) will be stuck inside your passport with 3 months validity (from the start of your visa) to travel.

You will be contacted by VFS/TLS when your passport is ready for collection, or delivery of your passport.

Please do not attend the VAC until you have been contacted as you won’t be able to collect your passport until it is ready.

We strongly recommend that you do not buy a non-refundable, non-flexible ticket to the UK, until your visa application has been approved and you have received your documents.

Please note the information given to you on the progress of an application is dependent on the details you provide, and we can only provide the progress updates based on the application reference number given.

We do not have access to specific case information and so progress updates could be subject to change. Please wait for formal contact or a decision letter before taking any further steps.

I'm of the opinion they've made a decision on your application but since it was weekend and then the possible public holiday might have caused a delay in you receiving the mail. Because most people that receive the visa approval mail from UKVI, it's always dated like 2 days ago from when they actually receive it.

Hello Bosses,

Please i have a question: Would I still be able to upload my documents myself on the TLS website if I pay for the "Appointment Assisted Service - Regular"? I can't schedule an appointment unless I pay for one of their services and this is the cheapest I can see.

Thanks in advance.

Yes you can, I did same thing. When you open your tls login page, open a new tab beside the existing tab and paste this link below and you should be able to upload your documents.

Good day.

When running POF, will a credit/debit of 1m be flagged?
Should I attach a reason for the debit/credit of 1m.
P.S. - The required amount remains intact.

£2100 may not be enough for 3 people

Ticket alone is about ₦1.5m per person

Mehn, I’m really pissed off.

They rejected my wife’s application even though I clearly included a balance of N7m plus N40m in my Money market fund.

I also included a cover letter explaining this.

The Idiot that did the visa decision didn’t even consider the Money market fund. It’s like they didn’t see it.

How can I appeal this decision?

Post the reason for refusal

All 3 people are staying in same hotel. Why include £1450 per person?

• You state you are being sponsored £3500. However, I note the personal bank
statement in your sponsors name, shows a closing balance of 6,392,558.04 NGN
(£2,953.46)., however this information does not adequately demonstrate your
sponsors’ financial circumstance. Therefore, I am not satisfied that your sponsor will
be able to support you for the duration of your visit.

I attached a statement of N40m in money market and they didn’t consider it!!!I’m so angry.
Money market? This is not readily available as it is not liquidated. .. maybe this is why it was not considered.
‘ however this information does not adequately demonstrate your
sponsors’ financial circumstance. Therefore, I am not satisfied that your sponsor will
be able to support you for the duration of your visit’

What evidence did you the sponsor attach to show the origin of your funds as that was also a problem?
