nairalanda1: This is the simple reality, it's hard to unilateral remove subsidy one off completely, landing cost is currently over a thousand naira while dangote cost of production is said to be above 700 per litre How our naira became useless to the dollar is the real culprit 1 Like |

NNPCL.......... The question is how much did you sell the crude you took from stream for free to DANGOTE? whats DANGOTE cost of processing the crude oil before selling back to NNPC? why must DANGOTE sell back to NNPC after refined and sell directly to Major Marketers for our consumptions? Indeed Nigeria is a scam..... OR Did NNPC sold the crude oil at N100 to DANGOTE and buying at N800? Masses are crying pls 2 Likes |

nairalanda1: How please? Let NNPCL import theirs from Malta, subsidize and sell at 600 and let Dangote sell his at his own rate. That simple. Why did they leave the supposedly cheaper imported fuel for a more expensive locally refined one? Because the imported fuel wasn’t as expensive as they claim it to be. They inflate the subsidy just to cash out. 1 Like |

Tinubu is actually a plague and a pharoah to Nigerian.Dangote has come out to say he can tract product all the way to filling stations which will eliminate smuggling an yet you cannot do direct crude for petrol to ease the burden on Nigerians. How many Nigerians can afford 1k per liter fuel? Everything in the economy has gone up.APC is really a curse to Nigerians but I don't blame them I blame people that even gave them 1 vote because of money and ethnicity. bdon123: |

This is what happens when a country hands over power to criminals and vagabonds. A total pillaraging of the common wealth without regard or fear of accountability. Anyway, by 1st October, an announcement would be made that fuel prices have reduced to N850 and the government will roll out the drums of performance. 1 Like |

Dangote Refinery’s gantry price is $0.55/liter. At forex rate of N1,637/liter, a liter of pms becomes N898. Just imagine forex rate at N500/$. This same pms will sell at N275/liter. At N800/$, it will be N440/liter. Our problem is forex rate. 1 Like |

Dangote must also play along with them, NNPCL has won him over, he must to factor their own profits to the landing cost because they have always benefited in the scam of crude exportation and refined products importations. What a country! |

morrisono111: Our problems started when Buhari and APC stopped Oil exploration in the Niger Delta for 8 years and concentrated on looking for oil in Northern Nigeria while some of the producing oil wells dry in a bid to castigate the South and promote the Northern oil. In 2014 Jonathan's administration was producing 2.2 billion max and 2 billion minimum barrels of crude oil per day but today we produce 1.2 billion barrels. Buhari and the North killed Nigeria and Tinubu is just performing the burial ceremony which is the right of a dead person. |
