A real toast of the town as restaurants and clubs are making tons of money as the ladies flirt with Uche all over the place. Meanwhile Emeka no give the restaurants and clubs any reason to smile as his trade volumes are small.

Uche is now born again, he got gonorrhea from one of his side chicks.. Since he got cured few months ago, he is now sober apart from that he is now in his 50s and has decided to get closer to God.

Unfortunately people are still very skeptical, let us see as events unfolds

Just musing this Tuesday morning, I am yet to recover from yesterday's hangover.

My writing is just a satire and should not be assumed that I was referring to anyone.

Have a blessed week

Prayer time?
Pray for a successful joggling of short term cash flow and smooth turnaround of the business. Pray dividends start rolling from this year cashflow. Pray book value turns positive this year so that analysts can start their valuation calculations with audited and unaudited financial statements. Pray pray pray

So it is still rumor but with the equity related transaction that concerns FMN and what I’m hearing they’re planning to do at completion of the exercise, it will definitely affect HONEY due to the significant stake. They are doing a consolidation. FMN had a predetermined price of about #70, but with recent share price appreciation and activity I believe that will now be revised upwards, to the displeasure of the people at FMN. With regards a target price for HONEY I am still unaware of the happenings there. Will drop more info as it becomes available

We trust your info and we'll continue to do our DD smiley

My good friend and brother in NSEMPA, I am here to make money and not to be going back and fort on needless conversation. I wish you and everybody here well and in good health. Good luck.
Can you and Mikeapollo just stop replying this guy(s) pls.
The forth and backs are making this place so boring...
I haven't even seen the basis for replying him self, because he just kept shouting same slogan, thus wasting lots of pages of this thread.
More than 300 pages has been wasted on repetitions!
How do they expect us to be referring newbies to read lots of non.sense all in the name of getting investment education here now?
Let him be, I'm just waiting for him to come back and update his submissions once results are out.......or maybe he'll disappear as usual by then, we'll see.....

* Mcy have dropped this opinion again, those that wants to get hbp can go ahead sulking because of the post.

FINAL and FULL info on FMN, as it is no longer classified info and has spread far and wide within various circles, the coy wants to delist from the exchange. And will ofcourse purchase at a premium. The premium was set around #70 while the stock was trading ~#45, however with recent gains, it will be revised upwards. HONEYFLOUR will be included in the transaction, as they want to delist the two entities, consolidate and then list again as a new entity. Purchase price for HONEYFLOUR, I am unsure of. Congrats to all those who listened to the initial signal

More info on FMN- Hearing the CEO was very displeased with the rise in the share price last two days. And a trader has told me there might be an investigation as it’s clear that the stock is being traded on material non-public info. If a CEO is displeased with his share price rising and they’re at SEC for a transaction…. put two and two together about what is happening in the company….
I don try for una

Thanks Oga Sunrisepebble for this info.
This merger rumour was in circulation some months ago, maybe last year or so.
At some point, it was rumour of Honeywell buy-out..
Wish we'd gotten this hint much more earlier than now, then some with related info could have also possibly share.
Thanks anyway, you don try.
We see how it goes....

₦45 to ₦70 is a very wide margin (~56% premium)... shocked

On the bolded, do you mean something similar to Dangote Foods?

Can the TA/FA gurus kindly shed some light on the fair value of these entities

In this case, they want to subsidize imports and not locally produced petrol. They’ll setup Alhaji against the masses.

Or you've seen it credited to your CSCS statement?

Well done for your consistent insight trail on this deal.
I think more update awaits and will be unveiled when they disclose further details of the deal.
If you get more details before they make it public, it will be nice to know what they intend to do with NNFM as FMN owns 53% stake in NNFM.
Will be interesting for those here who may not have capitalized on FMN and Honeywell to swoop on NNFM if the structure of the deal favours shareholders of NNFM also as it does Honeywell shareholders.
