And you had to use an igbo name to write the satire Tribalism is ingrained in the blood of every yoruba man. Spits

Despite his caveat, all you can see is that he used Ibo name.

You can't see that the name is a Nigerian name and also of a human being.

On the bolded, why and how? sad

His children have not come out to say that they lacked anything or WB doesn't love them.

This particular instance is a kitchen upgrade for crying out loud. She has her house and a kitchen.

Her father has lived in a midtown house for over half a century.

While I'm not saying WB is perfect, let's stop judging / drawing conclusions from our own perspective...

PS:
He has several luxury apartments

zendi:

Maybe he isn't really a miser since he has donated all those philanthropic billions..
But somebody somewhere is probably enjoying a better kitchen out of his donations than his daughter humbly asked for.
Contrary to the wisdom of the ancients, his own charity does not begin at home.
In his eighties and blessed with awesome circumstances, he callously forfeites a joyous hug of gratitude from a loving daughter, in defence of some arcane principle, if the story is true..

I dont get your point .
I was talking about what can lead to solving Oando's problem if it happens consistently i.e. in the future. So how do you know they will never pay dividends and wil always have negative working capital even if they make consistent, huge cash-backed profits in future?

The unrepentant fixation on judging the company solely on its past suggests something beyond mere interest in sound financials or ethics.
Nobody is disputing the fact that they’ve not been paying dividends. We not saying they don’t have negative numbers, but where do you put the company now and going into the future in the light of confirmed recent events. They dodge this question and just continue to stick it in your face that they haven’t paid dividends. Looks like an agenda.

Market Movers Yesterday! 🚀
Big gains from FBNH (+10%), Flourmill (+10%), Geregu (+5%), and UBA (+2.32%). Meanwhile, Eterna (-10%) and Oando (-9.94%) took a hit., but the overall market kept its head above water, staying in positive territory.🟢

One stock picked on this forum I regretted not joining was Caverton. Somebody mentioned it on this thread when it was still very cheap and ripe for entry, I just placed it on my watchlist without investing some money on it.

This morning, I reviewed my watchlist, and I was shocked Caverton has done over 80%.

Can we all allow different opinions here. If we continue the way we are going you guys won't be getting the needed helps to scale through this market especially those that need people's assistance in this market...

Someone penned down a detailed analysis of some firms and some persons still want him bashed... That's unfair.

Don't be emotionally tied to any stock or company in this market if not you will learn lessons even in the hard way

Someone would drop signal una go call MH so how do you expect them to keep dropping signals.

I have been enjoying 10% nonstop on a stock/company I refused dropping here because una go think that at my level na to MH una be my p. I laugh sha.. why do you think that some persons no longer drop signals directly here?

Make una stop or everyone that wants to help people here will just keep mute and be enjoying alone 🚫

I am a fan of Oando, but you will agree with me that the over-analysis on the stock is becoming redundant and exhausting.

Yours is even better bro. I bought it long ago, and when it didn't move as expected especially after their last result which wasn't so good. I sold it, only for it to start making 9% for four days running, a day after I sold.

Village people are so wicked...

I started forgiving myself only yesterday....

We move sha.

You're right! I looked into the data and the stock opened and closed at 59.95.
The final price at close being the same as the opening price indicates that the stock neither gained nor lost value over the course of the day.
For now, stocks with no performance only reflect on the table and not the bubble chart because they crowd the space
You can see same on the table, its ranked 23rd by volume traded (Qty. 4.14 M)
Thank you for sharing this feedback, very important at this test phase which is crucial to improve the tool.

PS. The stock closed at 54 on Friday. 59.95 was what came into the market after the pre-market session yesterday morning and the data was aggregated accordingly

I wanted to purchase First Bank shares but after reading back and forth arguments about Oba Otedeko and Otedola fight over the control of First Bank on this thread I became scared to buy it. Though their arguments and counter arguments are well grounded.

My gut and inner chi said to me, forget these arguments.. buy the stock.. I bought First Bank shares eventually... Today it has delivered almost 50% ROI in less than 45days.

These days, I lookout for a company last financial report and if good and the stock is undervalue... I just enter. Same thing I did with NASCON several weeks back.
