One stock picked on this forum I regretted not joining was Caverton. Somebody mentioned it on this thread when it was still very cheap and ripe for entry, I just placed it on my watchlist without investing some money on it.

This morning, I reviewed my watchlist, and I was shocked Caverton has done over 80%.

I wanted to purchase First Bank shares but after reading back and forth arguments about Oba Otedeko and Otedola fight over the control of First Bank on this thread I became scared to buy it. Though their arguments and counter arguments are well grounded.

My gut and inner chi said to me, forget these arguments.. buy the stock.. I bought First Bank shares eventually... Today it has delivered almost 50% ROI in less than 45days.

These days, I lookout for a company last financial report and if good and the stock is undervalue... I just enter. Same thing I did with NASCON several weeks back.

I missed the FBNH bus because of AP. I didn't follow my gut instincts (Chinazo grin ) but placed a bid for #22, not knowing it could still 'jump' from #24.

Like you said earlier, the Caverton result was not inspiring; so when I placed the order and did not succeed I moved on to other stock.

Luckily, I didn't miss NASCON

You're right! I looked into the data and the stock opened and closed at 59.95.
The final price at close being the same as the opening price indicates that the stock neither gained nor lost value over the course of the day.
For now, stocks with no performance only reflect on the table and not the bubble chart because they crowd the space
You can see same on the table, its ranked 23rd by volume traded (Qty. 4.14 M)
Thank you for sharing this feedback, very important at this test phase which is crucial to improve the tool.

PS. The stock closed at 54 on Friday. 59.95 was what came into the market after the pre-market session yesterday morning and the data was aggregated accordingly
Thanks for your quick response. Nice innovation to introduce into the NGX market.
I think you need to look more closely into the data feeds on open, close etc.
Best of luck!

Can we all allow different opinions here. If we continue the way we are going you guys won't be getting the needed helps to scale through this market especially those that need people's assistance in this market...

Someone penned down a detailed analysis of some firms and some persons still want him bashed... That's unfair.

Don't be emotionally tied to any stock or company in this market if not you will learn lessons even in the hard way

Someone would drop signal una go call MH so how do you expect them to keep dropping signals.

I have been enjoying 10% nonstop on a stock/company I refused dropping here because una go think that at my level na to MH una be my p. I laugh sha.. why do you think that some persons no longer drop signals directly here?

Make una stop or everyone that wants to help people here will just keep mute and be enjoying alone 🚫

My Oga, just ignore and drop whatever you have for the benefit of the reasonable ones on the forum, no matter their few numbers.
As for the name calling, that is the typical behaviour/attitude of the ignorant crowd and those who lack the capacity to disagree based on principle, theory, context or concept. They only accuse people of doing MH (monkey hunting) because that is how their mind work and how they think. Shallow, narrow, myopic thinking laced with inferiority complex!

But do you know what is moving Caverton? It already exceeded its 52w high and seem to be heading towards it's historical highest price

I agree with @Zagee

Sometimes, it just doesn’t make sense.

Heard that they are collaborating with a foreign firm to use electric motors/vehicles for their water transportation venture, but how profitable could that be?

To the part that makes sense. Besides the new frontier they have going in their yard, they are the only stock yet to do the post-naira-floatation jump. But clearly over 2 now. Results will be able to hold it up in due time.

To the MH ambassador, if you're convinced you're buying overpriced stock, there's the brewery sector for you to go line up on. Prices are bottom barrel. Help them with their RIs wink

Ps: I still advocate you buy with sense across all stock.

Those who dropped the update on Caverton PLC would have done so again several times but some persons would call them MH.

The annoying part regarding all these acts of trolls is that persons laced with loquacious and verbose tribalism have gradually found their way into the forum trying to decimate the decorum we enjoy herein.

Such verbose actions need to be stopped. Na money we find come here and may God bless our hustle.

I have pleaded with you to drop this your Oando bants and rants but you still insist.

Do you know that there are several people here who own millions of units majority of which was bought Oando during Covid-19 and they even averaged up till NGN6?

Majority of the people buying Oando currently are not on this forum and are deep pockets from some top houses especially those CardinalStone boys.

For those on this forum who own Oando, word on the street is that they have sold a significant portion of theirs between NGN80 to NGN90, so leave matter for Mathias (apologies to Pa Emma).

Let us move away from the Oando distraction and move on to other low hanging fruits. FlourMills, Caverton and HoneyWell wey OGG and Mcy talked about several times a few years (even this year) ago in the past don gbe body since and a few brethren would have missed it, all because of these Oando distraction.
