BREAKING: 11 Plc, Total Energies, AA. Rano, others pay N766/litre to lift Dangote petrol 11plc, Total Energies, AA Rano, and other marketers have begun lifting Dangote Petrol from the Nigerian National Company (NNPC) Trading Limited at the rate of N765.99 per litre. BusinessDay findings showed some petroleum marketers who were able to complete their payment processes on the NNPC trading payment portal commenced the lifting of petrol earlier this week under the existing agreement between marketers and the refinery. Tunji Oyebanji, managing director, 11Plc, confirmed to BusinessDay on Thursday evening that some marketers have started lifting the products at N765.99 from Dangote Refinery through NNPC, the sole off-taker of product. “We were among the first marketers to complete the payment on the NNPC portal. We have no direct arrangement with the refinery,” Oyebanji said. BusinessDay learnt NNPC Retail, 11plc, Total Energies, A.A Rano are among the marketers that have picked up products from the refinery. He added, “We don’t know the contractual financial arrangement between NNPC and the refinery but what I can confirm is we are buying at N765.99 from NNPC to lift Dangote petrol.” - Business Day Nigeria 2 Likes |

emmanuelewumi: Oga Emma, do you know if Federal govt is about to default in fixed income payments? Coupons for FGN bonds for last month delayed for up to two weeks before payments. Now this month september, all the coupons for savings bonds that are due since september 12 have not been paid. Even TBills matured have not been paid. This is strange 1 Like |

Streetinvestor2:Someone mentioned here that the private placements(PP) are non tradable.. I think it was The Rugged Prof. Does it mean Bank shares for recapitalisation through PP will be tradable so quickly? Or that of brewery sector? I think they will be categorized as preferred shares not common shares of you and I. And even if tradable, not this quickly.. I suppose there should be a time-frame contract to it before being traded...my thoughts |

BullBearMkt: Not only should the upswing break 100,528, but if a downswing occurs, it should not fall below 96,000 (the last low swing). Therefore, it's not yet a certainty until the setup activates. It remains a high-probability scenario. |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by ositadima1(m): 6:44pm On Sep 20 |
BullBearMkt: If the price breaks below the last swing low, we can conclude that selling pressure still exists. The possibility of a double bottom will depend on how far below that level it goes. We can't definitively call this a correction until we actually see it correct. But, if it fails to break the low swing, we can be more confident in expecting a continuation of the upward trend. My opinion though. |
