You can't compare Enugu to Kwara, Kwara is more politically developed than Enugu. Since 1999, Enugu never tried any other party beside PDP, they still see APC as Yoruba and evil party. Kwara has tried other parties even beside APC and PDP.

I agree LG elections has never reflected the whim of the people but it shouldn't be this bad that a party will take everything!

It has been happening. The last time I went to my LG to vote during LG election I saw that my name has been ticked among those that have voted I had to go back home. Whether people voted or not, they already have the results ready. You should also know that local elections are different from presidential election that's why Obi won all the states in SE but can't win his state in d next Anambra election

To buttress your point, people didn't vote in Offa LG bcus the ballot papers brought to the polling unit was lesser than what was expected. So people decided they won't vote till the ballot paper is complete. To our surprise the results has been announced, yet no one knows where the vote came from.

Are you just realizing that we Don't do election in Nigeria? What they do is selection. Know this and know peace. Dat why I Don't vote when I was in Nigeria. And it made me to relocate to Canada because Nigeria is just a useless country. Any person that need your assistance if you have please help it's not their fault . Because what they vote for during election doesn't count.
