During the Soviet dictatorship of Joseph stalin. He was a brutal dictator with mind of his own. On one fateful day, stalin came to Politburo meeting with a live chicken. Did you see the number of people of all ages who troop out to welcome Ex- convict James Ibori to South South! Do you see the number of handle mop following obi as if he is a seat? what of the one following dino malaye?

Obaseki’s political neophytism showed clearly in what happened to him and Philip Shaibu. The very poor student of politics that Obaseki is, went to choose Omobayo, thinking that co-neophyte of his would not only deliver Edo North but also deliver OBIDIENTs votes.

What would it have cost him to go all out to woo Philip Shaibu and reach out to other influential politicians to help him make peace with Shaibu. That way, he would have retained a very strong politician and his structure.

I hope his politically worthless advisors who advised him to go out on full war will keep him company in his final last days.

Everyone will go after him once his immunity is over - the Oba of Benin, the new Governor, EFCC. He had better be ready for a long haul. He’s made too many enemies and this day was always going to come back to haunt him.
