OkpaNsukkaisBae: You should watch the series " Crashlanding on you" . From the view presnted by that series, North Korea is not as bad as South Korea things(and by extension the west); also North Koreans get fascinated by the advancement in technology in the South when they enter the south. I find it awkward that a Blackman will care about what the south thinks about the south and vice versa. I also don't think a Blackman should care whether both countries pander to the east or the west. |

Now that Edo people have made their choice by going for the biggest rigger/highest payer, we wish the state luck. It's easy to accuse the apc but on this particular case, alot of Edo people sold their votes to apc. Even me wey nor come from Edo been dey vex when I hear about how person wey I know wey know say government bad still sold their vote for 20k and 6cups of rice. PDP was also guilty of vote buying. So nobody should claim they were robbed. My guy Olumide has moved on. Baba go church yesterday for thanksgiving, he has said this is just the beginning. The people of edo have made their choice by being bought. Let them enjoy apc. I don't think inec even had to do too much mago mago 11 Likes 4 Shares |

Theflint1: Let's not deceive ourselves. Whether it was disgust for Obaseki, cash inducement or tribal sentiments, a lot of people did actually vote for APC. Infact, I watched a video where one LP agent said there was no rigging in his PU but people overwhelmingly voted for APC because APC gave them money and brought food. Lets assume they all rejected the money, gifts and food. Maybe PDP would have won and if not, they would have needed heavy amount of rigging like what Wike did in Rivers to make it happen. That would have sent a clear message that no one wants APC. |

izzou: Some people here have refused to see beyond politics. Everything about them is just trying to show "you can't change things". It's why they are extremely happy to gloat over better candidates losing just to say "I told you, you are a baby in this game" Lol Theflint1 is a hypocrite in his support of PDP for sure, but the one truth we all know is that his support is due to the fact that pdp and LP had the better candidates to ensure Edo State was atleast better in the long run. People are suffering for the decisions of 2023. All of us dey feel am die. In Delta State, alot of families are surviving on either yahoo proceeds or the family member that Japa'd. I was speaking to my grandma recently and she told me fuel was about 1300-1400 in warri. I just found out 1 cup of rice is between 500-600. I remember when I posted here my genuine surprise that rice was 200 for a cup. But as usual the people mocking LP supporters today for losing the election also mocked LP supporters for losing the 2023 election and voted T-pain just to show the game that is politics. Now all of us dey experience shege. But will it stop the gloating, nope. ๐ You see how Abia is getting it right with a simple decision. We can all confidently say in 8yrs, Abia will be alot better than it is now. But I'm sure alot of people would have gloated if APC or PDP won because for them, the people can go and die just for LP with the better candidate to be taught a lesson in politics ๐ 2 Likes |

Segedinho: Your statement sounds like you're not even apportioning any blame to Obi. I see this as another glaring failure of Obi's leadership or rather glaring lack of one. To say Obi is a disappointment is a really big understatement. We've lost yet another potential winnable election if the right steps have been taken since after the general elections. It's as if you guys can't understand the potential level of power and influence this guy could wield. Obi has failed in galvanising the labor party as a very solid block. The party and it's members are withering away while man flexes with the elites. The same people we try to root out of our political spaces. I am highly disappointed in Obi. If this man directed the party in one direction rather than the autopilot it seems to be on. You won't see a divided fan base who are just exhausted with politics. |

Itsrm:PDP hasn't clocked the level of game apc is playing. Anyways that's their business. Make Obi nor cross that line and let him keep doing what he's doing. If Nigerians in 2027 still decide to sell their votes then the country can as well just pack up๐ 1 Like |

liveLongNprospa: If? With what I'm seeing, the level of vote buying in 2027 will be unprecedented. Infact, I'm starting to think the only reason people went out to vote was so they can sell the vote. |

OkpaNsukkaisBae: Maybe you are right, maybe you are not. One thing that is very evident is the fact that whatever technology the North has, the common citizens of the north don't feel. Unlike the south where almost everyone (including those in villages) feel the impact of the technological advancement of the south & its attendant economic prosperity. What's the essence of a country being technological advanced, and her citizens are not feeling it? |

liveLongNprospa: I'm a labour party member, I hope and pray we have a new national leader in 2027. When I complain about Peter Obi, my disappointment comes from a place of someone who had soo much high hopes in the man and believed in him. His cowardice and weakness is killing any chance of changing the status quo in this country. Obi has failed us and the labor party needs a new leader. 3 Likes 1 Share |
