How can a local government election be held and not even a single Councillor from an opposition party could win a seat?

Just one ward. If a credible candidate who is truly loved in the ward (a.k.a his village) is in the opposition party, it should be difficult to rig and announce another candidate as winner.
Another point is what of those opposition leaders who contested for governorship election with PDP, LP etc. Can they not even win their ward for their party's candidate? Or they ignored their party people and didn't campaign for them?

There was no election in my ward. None at all. The candidate of my choice is of the APC but truth be told, there was no election in my entire local government.

There are always exceptions to a ruling party winning all elective seats in a state. For a state like Kaduna, it is almost impossible for a party to win all contested seats even if the party attempted rigging.

What proof are u looking for? Inec, state electoral body are same. They use same template to organise their elections n give rooms for manipulation. Take a look at imo, Kwara, Enugu states election see the shame.. The governors influence the outcome.. U hear APC sweeps all. In Enugu PDP sweeps all. just a reflection of the party in power
