Na dat mentality to always win and the attitude they put into it that I find so beautiful. Both coaches you mentioned would have lost the game with the way City came all out from the 46 minute. The fact that the draw felt like a loss to us and win to City shows that the shit from Rodri and Bernado na trash.

Just ignore oh.

U see how Pep kick his chair.

You know arsenal got the best part of his team.
Baba that we were leading Man city as at 90th minutes.

They were so scared.
It was MLS that drop guard but that's the inexperience he had.
Raya , white Gabriel Party were top notch.

I was happy Saka no even play that game. He was not needed at all.

I hope Arteta will rest the major player.

Sterling, Gabriel Jesus, MLS, Kwikor, Trossard (if he can play cup despite the red), Nwaneri, Jorginho, Oyedeji, et al should play Bolton.

We are in for a long ride with Man city this season.

Our mentality is very good.
I expect Merino to be back soon too

Who has seen the Rude Haaland clip? Omo Ben White wanted to go ballistic but Teta stopped him.

Just watched a clip of all the rough moves of Haaland on our players and he didn't get a warning or a card.

Besides, why is it always and only the corrupt Howard Webb that's in the studio to explain all these nonsense poor refereeing?

For our side, we need to end the time wasting antics, we don't need it. 5 games and 2 red cards is the last thing we need right now. We should be cunnier.

Haaland don dey act like Lucifer.

We still need a striker. Dedication is why no one wants to even focus on Kai for that game.

I don't know what other fans might be saying, but you're right. Spurs game, if our forwards were deadly enough, that match would have produced more goals for us. Against City I believe the late introduction of skelly tempered with the backline setting a bit.

If is what you used there. And I'm happy you used if.

If is probability. We can continue to use if till Game week 33 and then start wondering why we fall short. The technicality of a natural is way way different from what any of our forwards offer. A Fernando Torres moment was all we needed yesterday to make city cry in pains, but we have no striker. Allll our possession won from city at the left back spot where GM and Co were all ended up useless because GM doesn't have sense and 2ndly because that was the plan all through. We could have done better. Yes goalscoring may not be our problem, but a 9 will make us win games way way earlier and out of nothings and that's why I'll continue to demand for one. The fall out of Auba with MA is not going to make me overlook that.

If the fallout didn't happen and Auba was an integral part of consequent setups and we are still getting several goalscorers, that will be >>>> than now.

clinicality doesn't have anything to do with position on the pitch. Even when we had more traditional forward in Nketiah and a more proven striker in Jesus, Odegaard and Trossard were and is better finishers than them. Auba was good but he also misses chances like 2 or 3 and still scores 2 or 1 because the creativity was there. Ozil knew where to place the ball in front of goal when he needs to score than Auba, one is a AM while the other is a S. If we score 3 to 4 goals per match without a pure 9, why would I need one when we can use that resources to chanel in other areas? (This is my main argument).

This sounds something similar to Finidi George's πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

Why will you say the boldened at all? The Auba you're talking about like this is the last to get golden boots for this club, twice and the last to score above 20. If he wasn't clinical enough, i will agree that even at that he wasn't at full potential then as he should be banging in 30+ then. We can agree on that?

Doesn't that buttress my stance, regardless of how many we keep scoring? What does this team need different from the last two seasons to make any flair, excellence and tenacity of City to Become 2nd or beaten at this long game?

A striker is one of that
Mature wingers in prime, not past prime.
Consolidation is all i need. Else we will keep doing things that has never been done before (wey dey sweet belle of some fans), but still measure up to 2nd best. I can't emphasize this enough.

Don’t mind Bernardo jare , most of those city players want Arsenal to open yansh for them so they can load us with goals like they usually do in the past. That’s why they have been wailing about the outcome of the match .
Exactly grin
You Dey mind those people and rival fans that have been shouting about haram footie like we should come all out after being a man down

Winning the golden boat doesn't mean he doesn't waste chances, he waste some and score some. During the times of Auba Winning the boat how many of our attackers comes close to his numbers?. They all focus on feeding him, and when he starts wasting them the team becomes clueless, except an individual masterpiece we will end with nothing. Fans complained about a change in the whole dependency and Teta took note. Now how many times have we ever scored the total numbers we did last season?, none. Not having that kind of striker won't make this team not to go far, shebi City with Haaland no dey play zeros?, abi na every match this heavenly made striker dey score?. If it didn't work today don't mean it doesn't work at all.

The way Haaland barged on Saliba those early minutes and the way Saliba fell with his arms to the floor, my heart was in my mouth thinking Saliba would get injured. I believe all those "Haaland was locked by Gabriel and Saliba last season" really entered the guy cos those early minutes he was really aggressive with them but Las Las those two prove say dem strong pass am.

But na rivals deh cry say na we comot Rodri when na Rodri go wound himself by himself.

Also while I was one of those who blamed Rice for acting irresponsibly with his red, Trossard certainly have no blame here. Oliver just wanted to send him off cos that was even though Trossard kicked the ball away, he did it within the confines of the rule.

I was one of those who talked here about how Oliver deh favor Man City but e be like say I deh look for excuse before game.

I always give officials benefit of doubt because I believe they're humans and they can miss a call(or sort) but Oliver have proven over and over again that he has something in favor of Man City

Aswear! I always see ref's mistakes as just innocent mistakes or getting carried away in the heat of the matter, but Oliver obviously agenda going by his history in this particular fixture.

Just take a look at Doku kicking of ball away. It was right at his front, he saw it yet he pretended nothing happened. But just see the stupid and unfair yellow card he gave Trossard.

I just went through the link now and I saw that no8 β€” the dirty things Haaland was doing. No yellow card, no nothing. Our players collected yellow cards for less.

There's a reason Oliver deh always/mostly referee big matches when it comes to Man City.

Hope Trossard will be able to play our next league game sha. I believe Cup games in England affect pl games and vice versa (in terms of card).

Please I would love someone to clarify me

Learnt Rodri has an injury.

I don't think he was fit for that match.

He looked too fragile.

See ehn, if anything, yesterday proved that City can no longer underestimate Arsenal irrespective of the style. Gone are the days City approach games against Arsenal thinking they will just stroll around the pitch and leave us with loads of goals to deal with. They now know they are going to be tested and the margin in quality isn't a gulf anymore. We need to mentally move on from yesterday's game and focus on the coming games where we should get maximum points.

Trossard to miss Bolton game due to red card...
Seem it's a domestic card then.

If so he will be available to face Leicester city

There was no similarity between what he said and Finidi statement.

The season Auba won the golden boot, how did the team fair anytime Auba is not available? Or on the day Auba didn't bring his scoring boot, how was our general performance?

Read a stat that says there was 1.07 seconds between the time the ref whistled and when Trossard kicked the ball... I watched the highlight again and I noticed Trossard kinda withdrew a bit as he was about to kicked the ball. Olivia is just shameless

Pray tell, how does clinicality work when it is a key metric of strikers and lethal forwards across the last 3 decades? It doesn't matter but you use it to analyze the same Auba that is an example? It is not Auba's fault that the team was still a WIP. He did what was required of him and that is just it. Asides tye fault out which i still blame him for, man did his own part and that's it.

Clinicality is very very important for any striker. Simple!!

So when Auba is misfiring...the team should become clueless to score.

Is like when Vanpersie was scoring all our goals.
The moment he was feeling burned out we went on a non scoring run.
We had to bring him.back.and use Henry saving coming to make up.
Abeg I will.rather have a free flowing interchangeable from three .

I'm not saying we shouldn't get a forward. But that we must get a 30 goal forward and depend on him....nah.....he so over dependence on Odegard start.
If Nwaneri has been getting fame time in some.matches and performing...you will know say it's better that...See how jorginho is cushioning the Partey rice midfield......

Without haland city were formidable.

Haaland us even a freak player.

Baba the nearest to haland is half of him which is similar every season except when we had injury at some point last season which made other get sime space.

Baba let's give the coaches their dues....na so we cry when them sign Ramsdale and then when them sign Raya.

See Cala now.......if not that Gabriel Jesus and G. Martinelli are playing rubbish we woyld be talking all of these.

I understand your point but I prefer a front three goal spread

Didn't want to talk about this initially but you brought it up.

Getting a striker (esp like Osimhen or Gyokeres) is the differences between us not getting all 15points.

Someone like Gyokeres/Osimhen would have converted that Havertz chance against Brighton and against Man City ystdy, we would have been more deadly winning aerial balls during the 2nd half something Havertz was really dominated on. Osimhen especially would have been a menace against those defenders ystdy with his endless running through channels and aerial duels. I'm even certain there would have been a Torres against Barca deja Vu s
But yeah, Arteta deserves he flowers the way he set us up both times when we were a man down. All credits to him and the players
This is speculation at best. I have watched Osimhen several times and in recent times at Galatasaray and for Nigeria and seen enough to know that he misses chances too. Forget
