Igbo: Which responsible judge sentences a drug trafficker to 2 years in jail with an option of N3m fine? If this is not a product of bribery and corruption, I don't know what is. I've seen Yahoo boys getting 10 years in jail for attempting to collect $200 dollars from a foreigner...
