If you have entered Wema bank at the time I dropped the hint here,by now you should have made 40% profit.

So if you are selling now don't forget to send your tithe to me😁

Meanwhile Wema still has strong upside potential especially as the bank is preparing to raise additional capital and future acquisition of another bank

since 2022 after they took over ADARICE FARMS from Enugu state government and have engaged in Rice and cassava farming, up to now no harvest.

cassava no dey take more than 9 months to harvest.

Maybe when their palm trees truly come of age and they start producing palm oil, we will start seeing real result.

Those brokers that made that visit last week and published it have been cashing out since this week.

https://nairametrics.com/2022/09/12/ellah-lakes-plc-announces-take-over-of-adarice-farms-associated-assets-from-enugu-state-government/

It was not stated that cultivation has started on the farm, it's just acquisition and in farming, land do get old and will need to be worked on for good yields after planting.

That farm has been in operation for 10 years at least before the acquisition.

It was not stated that they bought the farm with planted crops, so what is your argument.

But recently the company told us that they have plantation of palm trees at the fruiting level and they equally told us that mining machine will be installed in the last q which they confirmed it's in place.

What is your argument again?

That is why buffet advice don't buy companies u can not understand their business... farming is a different ball game.

If they have told us that they have planted on. That farm since then now then there is reason to doubt...it's not easy to lie with farming because there is time frame for everything. cool cool

This is part of fundamentals some people did not understand before thinking about the numbers.

Understanding the business will give u better advantage to project what the numbers could look like before they translates to numbers in reality. I'm monitoring ellahlakes just as if am preparing for an exam, any red flag will be noticed without delay. cool cool

Are you sure you know anything in farming with this.I personal heard a big rice farm in kura in kano state. And rice farming is a continuous farming. And in some places it is all yr round with artificial irrigation like you have in kura.So what do you mean land do get old and need to be worked on.All you need is fertiliser etc to farm continuously. And what they bought was existing farm.
It is becoming obvious you are an agent or out for MH
And on farming I can take you on any food crop farming, place of sourcing, preservation and marketing within naija even cotton..I have all my life experience on that too as arewa brought up

This is an assignment for you, after 5 to 10 years of harvest u will notice a reduction in the yields, if you are an investor and business man u claimed u are, records should be your guidance, even fertilizer has limitations. Land do get old just like human being and more over where did ellahlakes promised farming has commenced in that article or in another article regarding that farm.

I will be waiting for your logical response n not emotional ones. grin grin

There is difference between a farmer and a farming farmer..spot the difference.

I guessed u are just a farmer, the one with money to farm but no core knowledge of farming. grin grin

Ask those baba u are using, they will tell you that land do get old after some period of time.

Google is also your friend.. grin grin

Access Bank is a Tier 1 and grossly undervalued at the moment. The spinoff from Fidelity and Wema bank will push access bank upward a bit

Walahi you don't know anything about farming..In modern days farming land does not get old because you cam supply all nutrients the plants need artificial. I am not talking of gmo food.Right now I have variety of crops growing in sacks and paint rubbers all over my compound. Infact my wife has not bought pepper in two yrs now from the market.Tell me the crop you cannot plant every Yr on the same land with right inputs and yeild will decrease after 10yrs
Oga you no sabi anything about farming. That is why after visiting a farm. You went to a car park with white sneakers and did paparazzi. Oga the first vehicle I moved and learnt how to operate was government tractor in my farm in mid 90.
Oga farming was what I learnt well from my father. My father was a farmer/business person.

October last year it got to N4.35 and as usual went back to starting spot. If you are buying now, it's better you hold and buy more when it starts going down. After some time, the news of the visit by stockbrokers will fizzle out especially after q3 blank report is out.

The real bull for Ellah will be when they post first profit

You are a good gamer grin

Oga dey made a wrong choice to market a company into agriculture. You are talking of Google for farming in nigeria. It is obvious now you are one of this digital agro guys.i was thinking I was taking to someone into real farming. Have you farmed before and what did you plant.I checked your profile. I assumed you know about real farming. You are this guys who are in office somewhere and suppliers bring things into warehouse and you sell.Oga my days of humble beginning was all about farming, warehousing and distributing from nort to East ,s/s and west
