Kamala Harris early life as a middle class family. Foreign trips, Hawaii, private schooling.

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2024/09/24/weekends-palo-alto-private-school-trips-jamaica-look-kamala-harriss-middle-class-childhood/

My mother, you know, worked long hours and our neighbor helped raise us. We used to call her — I still call her our second mother.

Harris typically does not mention that their downstairs neighbor actually ran a daycare center where she and her sister would go after school — a convenience that many working mothers do not have.

Strike 3.
Judge Chutkan has allowed Jack Smith to file his opening brief statement, a 180 page document laying out the charges. Never mind that the trial has not started. As I was reading in DC the opening brief should be 60 pages or less.
Never forget that Trump has a gag order, he cannot respond to some matters in public. Yet Jack Smith filing with all his fairy tales , selective quotes like "Fight like hell" ignoring full context of his speech will be made public. This will be before election day when he files it... Trump rejoinder will be weeks later by which media will have crucified him while he cannot publicly respond to attacks.
The judge has also not ruled on whether jackboot Smith appointed illegally , this obviously raises serious questions.

The same Jack Smith who was not confirmed by the Senate, who Judge Aileen Cannon ruled that he was illegally appointed and that he therefore lacked the authority to bring the prosecution

That would be the October surprise, I hope there won't be another assassin crawling out of the woodwork..
Weeks of the terrible crimes by Trump on media before election day.

This is plain election interference and they are not hiding it.
That's why I think they will cheat , they will make every attempt to stop him, will make Kamala look like a saint and will do anything under the sun to stop him. By they I mean all those creatures ( they're inhuman) who should be rotting in jail but chant about how Trump is a danger to democracy day in day out. Joe and Kamala included. The corrupt cartels.
Some republicans do not want Trump to win , expect congress to do nothing about this.
Banana republic.

He just need to avoid more unforced errors. Unless you have been living under a rock for the past 10yrs, you already know who Trump is and what he represents. I believe the bulk of those who identify as undecided voters today are people who will vote Trump but dont want to say it public for fear of attacks from the left

When you are in a gathering and you see people not talking or saying they are undecided. If you meet them 1v1 and ask you will see many of them already are tending towards Trump

For a responsible bill paying adult, When economy goes bad, almost every other consideration takes 2nd place

Trump doesn’t bother me as much as the number of people who are willing to support someone so incoherent, vile, mannerless and hostile. Don’t they have children and want better role models for them? This is a person who had no regard for the democratic process and who tried to overthrow the government. It’s the biggest threat and enemy from within. 1930s Germany comes to mind.

Trump might or might not disappear in November but knowing how many people were willing to support him made me lose some hope for humanity.

When has a president become a role model for anyone? Was Bill Clinton a role model? You as a parent should be the role model for your children and not outsource that responsibility to a politician

We don't need to make presidents into angels. They are no better than you morally and shouldn't. They are liars, perverts, cheats, alcoholics, etc. Why do you want to outsource that to your children

People who support Trump are not looking for priests and moralists for their children, they are looking for who will make policies that will make their lives better

I've asked this before .Trump was president for 500 years. Did the sky fall? Do people have a reference point to judge him? This is not a table manners contest.
What are kamala policies besides being from a middle class family where neighbors had lawnmowers.

I've asked this question before in terms of the last 20 years. Let's just leave it to Trump this time.

Yeah, esp. reading the posts on this site. It's somewhat depressing and sad. And as you said exhausting.
And the non Nigerian commentators make it even worse. You have a wealth of information online, you can see how tribalism, corruption, lying and autocratic tendencies hurt a country first hand (Nigeria). And yet, you choose to willingly support the same in a leader for another country. The frustrating part from that is understanding that Nigeria will most likely be in a bad place for a long time.
I'm exhausted by it all.

I don't know why this election is actually still close. Looks to me that Pollsters in a bit to correct the errors of 2016 and 2020 are over weighing the polls in Trump's favour. And I don't know how much they factor in the big surge among the young women registration in relation to the enthusiasm and polls margin among younger women. Well we will know in about 6 weeks.

because you are reading the polls you posted wrongly or drawing the wrong conclusion from it.

early voting is a good indicator of how trump may outperform the polls like he always does.

Dems used to dominate early voting. Now it is almost even

Okay my bad.

But even at that, I doubt the quotation he made is right. We saw screenshots on this thread days ago showing Harris was endorsed by a number of State Teamsters unions.

Anyways I am not too worried by it, I doubt any of those who made those Teamsters polls advantage Trump ever voted for Dems before. Seems to me the leadership have been endorsing Dem Candidates while a good number of their members are Trumpists. My point is that while we see many who voted for Trump in 2016 and 2020 now planning to vote for Dem in 2024 in General Polls, the reverse is the case for Dem voters of 2016 and 2020.

The Democrats have lost a lot of voters and voting blocs since 2020. See the numbers below, See the numbers of the Biden support in 2020 and the Kamala support in 2024 because of the economy mainly

Unless Kamala can bring out new voters who will outweigh the ones she has lost since 2020

The leadership is different from the members. The Members supported Trump 2 to 1, The leadership chose to remain neutral. That shows the leadership is not representative of the members

So its possible the members in all 50 states support Trump while the leadership are supporting Harris. At the end of the day, the leadership wont vote on behalf of the members

You guys are using 2020 mail in votes and early voting data to judge 2024. You all forgot there was covid in 2020 and Dems actually campaigned for their members and voters to vote by mail and by early voting to avoid being in large crowd on the election day. That has changed now.

You are using just a poll, I have seen many other polls that are better for Harris than the 2020 Hispanics and Black voters figures you posted. And many data analysts believe there is no reason/factor for a big shift among Blacks and Hispanics towards Trump.

nobody is doing that. I am only showing you why things are close as you are wondering. more people voted for Trump in 2020 than in 2016, he is going to surpass 2020 this November. Biden did not win the election based on what the polls suggest, it happened to Hillary too. Harris is polling worse than Biden and Hillary.

Young Hispanics and women registering does not mean they are all voting for Kamala.

You're right. Even in the midterms, people consistently told pollsters that Economy/border was their #1 issue. But during the exit polls, Reproductive rights was the #1 issue. I'm not sure the pollsters models are accounting for an increase based on Reproductive RIghts.
We will see.

I think this is hilarious. All these Trumpers on this thread keep talking about Harris has no policies. Yet, none can name one policy Trump helped enact while he was President that helped the middle class more than the rich economically. He was President for 4 years right?
The reason is because the economy he got and then trashed was a byproduct of the work Obama did and low, 0, almost negative interest rates at times.

I have been asking this question since I have been on here. What policies have the Republicans passed in the last 20 years that have made America better? What policies has Trump helped pass that has made the middle class economically better more than it has helped the upper class?

Crickets. Because facts don't matter to MAGA, just emotional BS.

You keep running your mouth about Harris's policies. So, I asked you one question about Trump's policies. And here you are dodging.
This should be easy.
So, name me one policy Trump was responsible for that helped the middle class economically.
Just one policy that he helped enact that brought about this great economic period you guys keep going on about.

Again policies take time to go into effect. Even the decrease in the interest rate, we won't see the affects of for months maybe early next year.
