How did I put Ogun in 5th? Am I the author or am I Tribune?

The truth is better how much you bad mouth the state, it is better than more than 84% of the states in Nigeria.

This includes Delta and Bayelsa whose allocation is huge due to oil prodiction
Ogun state have bad roads. If you don’t live there, shut up.

Someone will sit in there houses, get half baked information on SM and just come and write rubbish without actually traveling to get the facts before pushing out such incorrect information to the public. So many people will see your post and actually think this is based on experienced first hand information. From my recent travel experience, the list should includes:
FCT, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Kano, Kaduna, Ebonyi, Borno, Gombe, Adamawa and Enugu State.

Most people from the south do not travel to the North and have no idea how good the road network in this states are. The roads in Nasarawa and Jigawa are better than that of Lagos and Ogun State. Oyo State has greatly improved as well, but these states I mentioned have better roads in their Capital.

The Tribune doesn't come across as an unbiased media organisation. Maybe the Abeokuta axis made Ogun enter number five whereas it shouldn't have been in the top ten. Why should your economic zone (Ota and environs) have so many terrible and body disfiguring roads? Gombe and other parts of the North East have better roads and ought to be mentioned rather than Ogun State.

Damn!

That date should be in South West
Re: Good Roads: Top 10 States In Nigeria by Meti99(m): 3:31am On Sep 26
This work lacks credibility.
1. Abuja is not a state and shouldn't be on this list.
2. Putting Ogun state on this list makes the write up a total joke.
3. Kaduna, Kano, Sokoto, Katsina states should top the list.

I have heard that some northern states have good roads, but one thing you also need to note, which I don't know if the statistics took into consideration, is how well spread is the urban centre, like Lagos for example almost everywhere is an urban area, so almost every road needs to be in good shape, now if you ten try to compare say a state in which less than 20 percent is urban, I think the comparison won't be fair.

Ogun State with good roads?

Please tell the article writer to change his dealer.
Especially that death trap called Kemta-Somorin road. A road with dangerous bends and blind spots without sidewalks, bumps to control over speeding or concrete slabs on the drainage

If you're talking about good roads both in urban and rural areas, then the top 5 must include Gombe, Jigawa and Katsina, and Akwa Ibom. And all those populous states no follow including Abuja because there are many terrible roads outside the city centres

Ogun citizens are only speaking up on the bad ones.

While other states are silent. Especially south south states that received highest allocation compared to work on ground are SILENT. They are probably online too shouting LAGOS and OGUN bad roads while abandoning their states.so,it makes look as if all the bad road in Nigeria are in ogun state

Ogun with the highest number of federal roads is better than 32 other states Including states that are bigger in allocation and smaller in size.

I am sure the researchers took into account the numerous road constructions being done to fix and make the roads here better

Are you referring to my dear state, Bayelsa?
