There's a legal loophole in the anti-gay law that the Goodluck Jonathan administration passed. It holistically centers on same sex affiliations without precise reference to transgenders and cross-dressers. So it is technically illegal for people like Bobrisky to be jailed or legally condemned for their lifestyles.
