Obi rehabilitated all existing schools to standard and now they are Number 1 in the country. That's wisdom and economics.

You will renovate 3,750,000 classrooms. That's 104,166 classrooms per state. That means for Anambra, for instance, with 21 local governments, each local government will get 4,960 brand new standard classrooms.

Infact we are talking brand new classrooms in the whole country.

Not sure how sensible it is to renovate one classroom in a whole school. It kind of creates more problems than solutions. Give something that the whole school can enjoy instead. Anyway, maybe the fellow would ask for votes soon, he's surely doing something people want to hear. Spend 4million, reap billions from donations, and political goal achievement.
