I agree with this, Those guys didn't pay any 1 meter because of any drivers license, they are likely into G or other vices and just did that to avoid further probing from those greedy officers, maybe dem even tiff the car recently self.

Let me add to this. The moment you are in an accident , your insurance will be null and void. It happened to a company driver. Guy was in an accident. When we claimed insurance it turned out his licence had lapsed a day or so before. Company had to pay and the guy was sacked.

May we not be in a situation where we find out the importance of any car papers

If you have a death on site and it is reported, you will find out just how many licenses and processes you need to operate.
