As one commentersuggested above, send proof of payment. Read our chat clearly and you will see that he asked for ownership of account before payment which I half-heartedly did just to test him out and he immediately block me.
Better don't deal with this guy or any other person asking for ownership access before payment -- that should be the first scam alert.

This guy scammed my friend too. He asked to be made owner and after he was made owner, he blocked my friend immediately and didn't pay him
