.the last election to Tinubu did not win the election...he rigged the election.. manipulation of results to favour Tinubu and APC...INEC chairman also favoured and help Tinubu in winning the election ..that was why INEC chairman said they was glitters, network problem in the INEC IREV results portal.,in which the INEC chairman knew that Tinubu would had losed the election if the INEC IREV results portal was used to determine the winner of the presidential election
