Igbo leaders NEVER EVER agreed on Etiti State. Stop lying to satisfy your imagination. In the 2014 National CONFAB, there were four state proposals for the southeast, namely: ANIM, Adada, Aba and Etiti. Etiti was the least favoured considering its too many limitations.
The idea of "so that no state is left behind" is most stupid in the sense that it's absurd to divide Enugu, Abia and Ebonyi states again to get a sixth state in the southeast while the Imo West and Anambra South zones that merit the sixth state have not profited for once from state creation since East Central State was divided into Imo and Anambra States in 1976.
