know your history dude, the US invaded Afghanistan after 9/11 which over 5,000 Americans died, the taliban government gave safe heaven to Osama and his cronies and refused tohand them over thus the invasion, so killing over 5000 Americans is not enough to invade Afghanistan.

How many Russians did Ukraine kill before putin lunched a military invasion not seen since the hay days of ww2, which have caused the deaths of thousands of young Russians.

According to your pathetic disposition the Russians are not wasting resources in invading Ukraine because of an imaginary threat to its survival, but the US wasted resources in invading a country whose regime facilited the deadliest attack on it soil since the civil war. Clap for your yourself

Go check the trade volume between Russia and China and see if the trade are balanced, such a shame that the so called world power its economy is now tied to mercy of as a single nation.

According to your second paragraph, you're saying Russia has the moral justification to invade Ukraine. I thought you were against that. Perhaps you only admit to it because it corroborate your stance on America's invasion of Afghanistan.

You said young Russians are dying in Ukraine, are you saying young Americans didn't die in Afghanistan ?

If the previous guy was effective, he'd still be alive.

The leadership that did not inspect pagers, failed to identify highly-placed moles, and organized in-person meetings of commanders in high rises after numerous security incidents have serious deficiencies.
Hopefully the new leadership will take a crash course from the likes of Deif and Sinwar.

How did makeshift tunnels hide hostages and VIPs in Gaza but Hezbollah with all the resources poured couldn't beef up their bomb-proof bunker to withstand bunker-busters in the US/Israeli inventory since 2006.

Hezbollah had more than a decade to build a city under Southern Beirut that you'd need an elevator to get down to.
After the pager attack, leadership could have holed up there, and they'll all still be alive.
That's how they survived the 2006 war. Israel tried repeatedly to destroy their bunkers and failed repeatedly.
The Neanderthals did not dig deeper as ordinance tech improved.
They paid for that mistake with their lives.

The next leadership at a minimum has a blueprint of what not to do.
The id**ts still meeting in apartment buildings will keep getting their Darwin Awards.

For the love of all things sacred, there is no conventional bomb with the explosive power to kill anyone holed up in the Goderich salt mine in Canada.
That should be their reference point.
If you don't have an air force or air defense, you have only one place to go. Down. Go so far down Hades becomes your neighbor.

But the leaders of the United States and European countries lied when they promised a ceasefire in Lebanon and Gaza if Tehran did not strike Israel," the Iranian leader noted.

Iran, like Russia, complains about bad enemies. And the enemies are simply striking harder. But both Iran and Russia will have to fight.

I am not justifying Russian invasion, The guy I quoted said the US never had any right or justification for invading Afghanistan, I pointed that the Afghanistan regime the taliban aided Osama Bin Laden in killing over 5000 Americans.

what am pointing at is that putin lunched a military campaign in Ukraine on the guise that it was necessary for its survival and that Ukraine was killing Russian speaking people in the dombass. Which everyone knows is falsehood.

in conclusion I was driving at if russia could invade Ukraine over false claims, the US have all the justification to attack Afghanistan over the killing of over 5000 americans.

Putin war is just pure aggression, the US war in Afghanistan was justified.
Wasn't justifying mad man putin war, I was only making a simple comparisim.

Regarding the casualties of both countries, this are the consequences of war, the only difference is that the US was attacked on home soil. The US had to fight back, regrettably people die including young americans. but Russians are dying over a senseless war in Ukraine, there was no threat to Russia nor its sovereignty or survival. The Ukrainians were never a threat to Russia in all ramifications. The US Afghanistan invasion was a justified war Russia invasion of Ukraine is senseless.

So if Nigerian citizens were to be members of Al aceda and participated in the 9/11 bombings, the US should then attack nigeria because Nigerian citizens were among dose that perpetrated the attacks dose that makes sense to you??.

What the Russia lack in tact and geopolitical chess play, they try to cover up in brute force hence dipping Therese LF in a US/NATO delighted mess with little cost from NATO just to see Russia getting depreciated daily. There's a reason why Putin is still finding it hard in committing more men.
It's now more like a save face adventure, a bone in throat for the Russian, difficult to swallow, painful to spill out.

If the Russia do anyhow again na make US tighten more sanction and booster Ukraine small with more weapons.

The Russia fan Boys knows about this, that's why they cry daily for them to hit any NATO territory, they dare NATO to strike Russia directly, they bane for NATO blood as they can't take the one-sided punishment of the Russia.....

Same thing they'll push Iran to them cry if the devastation is majorly one way.
They might even call US a coward if instead the used Isreal alone for checkmating Iran.

There's no way to spin it

I'm not against the US defending it's sovereignty but defending their sovereignty against other country's sovereignty is nothing short of cynicism. Most of the perpetrators of the heinous 9-11 incident are not from Afghanistan, most are from Saudi.

Yes Bin Laden sought refuge in Afghanistan, but the Afghan people are innocent and yet they were invaded. Bien Laden sought refuge in Sudan as well, are you saying the good people of Sudan deserve to be invaded as well.

The past Mexican governments have been in bed with the cartel, they have been doing harm to the US citizens, are you saying all of Mexico needs to be occupied for this ?

There was a time Hamas leaders sought refuge in Qatar, with the Qataris providing security, does that make all of Qatar complicit in Hamas's political struggle against the Israelis ?

I apologize but the US has set a terrible precedence and other nations might use this in the future.

It's time to do away with collective punishment, the international law of the UN prohibits it but once again you just proved the US is above such laws or they're simply deviant of such laws.

Ask the mumu how the west wan take blockade country wey span from Europe to Asia to the Arctic?

Country wey get 11 time zones. Share border with 14 countries.

Na Russia go even blockade the west from accessing the Arctic, Barents sea and Northern Sea Route. Them don dey do am already sef.

Western ships must first ask Russia for permission 72hrs before Russia allow them pass through Arctic and some other seas.

Abi him Don forget say Russia ban UK & NATO ships from entering Barents Sea?? Or when Russia block some parts of Black Sea?

Na because of this reason why China no fit ever leave Russia on their own. Because China go need Russia as land and sea corridor when war start.

You fit blockade China but NEVER Russia.

E easy to even blockade US if you surround them on all 3 sides.

This is what I'm worried about, they're setting a bad precedence for other countries.

The Nigerian army can claim Niger and Chad are housing terrorists and they can use this motives to occupy those countries.

Another good example

The Congo government (DRC) can invade Rwanda and Uganda because the government provide refuge for the militia movement M23.

The world would be a mess, excuse my language but that's the direction we are heading to using this precedence.
