If you are declared wanted and you went to EFCC with a sitting Governor and they refuse to arrest you and then come later to invite you, what is the excuse in not following them? Why all the noise on social media? The Federal High Court in Abuja is still expecting you to make appearance, why not go there to show yourself? We are not fools so Yahaya Bello should just stop all these nonsense and make himself available to authorities if he has nothing to hide.

You are emphasizing same things times and times.You are deceitful also for keep supporting Bello corruption.It is you that have personal grudges or things you don't like about the EFCC chairman or maybe you intrinsic motives why you hate him is because of his religion. If EFCC is settling personal issue with Yaya Bello, why can't Bello appear at court with his lawyers and claim damages against EFCC? Don't you see you are the one supporting corruption here when it swings to your side of someone you love? Let Bello come out of hiding and defend N80 billion of Kogi money at court and charge EFCC chairman for lying against him. How is that difficult for Yaaya bello and you to follow? Have we not seen political officers that won EFCC before in the past when they have confidence they did not steal? If Bello is confident he did not steal Kogi money, he should come out from his hidden place and explain. Why covering up for him?

It is even better if EFCC have personal issue with Yaya Bello, that should have been the reason for him to come out quick to dismantle lies against him, but instead; Yaya Bello has been on the run. If you are bold like lion and confident that you never stole why will you be running ? There is no law that says if someone has personal issue with you, you should not go to court to clear yourself and claim damages if warranted. Stop supporting evil. EFCC chairman is on the right course, you are the one that has corruption of the mind which makes you pitch tent with suspicious kogi thieves. Many poor people are there passing through pain, but only one person stole N80 billion plus and you are covering him up on baseless excuses.

Fayose notified them he will be coming immediately after his handing over, he came as promised and submitted himself. He even came with a bag containing some personal belongings that he will need while in detention.
So you can't compare Fayose's case with Bello.

Fayose was arrested after he completed his tenure as governor. In fact, he drove to the EFCC office accompanied by some lawyers, governors, activists etc.

First of all, even though administrative procedures is supposed to be the same for all the organisations dealings, humans sometimes exercises some discretion too. The Administration that handled Fayose's case and the humans then are the same.

The adminstration then might have exercises some discretion that this adminstration is not willing to wave. A

Another thing to look at is that though Wike was a seating Governor, he was not never the governor of Ekiti state and predecessor of Fayose. Thus, his being may not have any effect on Fayose rather just a friend showing support. However, In the case of Yahaya Bello, Ododo is Kogi State governor and the direct predecessor of Yahaha and also, was part of Yahaya's administration being alleged to have mismanaged funds. If not for Immunity, he might be part of those to be questioned. So being his there can compromise the process.
