Hahaha RSIEC isn’t recognised by law? Since when? The chairmen will be appointed, allocation released and heaven won’t fall. Even if they’re removed by the court, it can take years to resolve with careful stalling if it goes all the way to the apex.

Which law,u are a novice,no power can stop election,the rivers state high court has already given judgement for the election to go on,and the election is local not national that the federal high court would have jurisdiction,
It's just like how the federal high court barred sanusifrom becoming emir of Kano and the state high court affirmed him,at the end the state high court judgement prevailed because chieftency matter is a state affairs,
