That's CCTV questions is and should be for the Minister who determines and prepares capital project before the Senate for approval.
Is it his fault that CCTV isn't in Prisons? Can he refuse the installation of one if the Minister of Interior decided to install them? Answer is No.

Make them free the man jare.... Enough of politicians hiding their rots and sacrificing innocent officials instead.
