Bayern na plug and play. You would have to be a legendary incompetent coach to F things up at Munich and fail to win a trophy.

lbrichman2:

Kog45 is right
Bayern's system is so good that an average coach can do well there..
They have hacked football administration..

Ofcourse different coaches with varying levels of ability, will get different results and levels of success..

But 20 titles in 25 years is no child's play..
They definitely have a working system..

Even Tuchel that was sacked last season still won the title the penultimate one
Bayern's success is beyond the coaches..

Even Chelsea was beginning to look like that in the Abramovich era.
They were hiring and firing coaches at random, yet still winning titles every other season..

As important as the role of a coach is, Bayern have showed that they can win titles with or without top grade coaches, Nico Kovac being a case in point

In fact, I dare say, and this is completely my personal opinion, that one of the fastest ways for a coach to boost their trophy haul and CV, is to Coach Bayern Munich..

You really think so 💭

VO is very direct incredible aggression and work rate with pace but technicallity very limited.

Look at how Chelsea interchange with their positional play Palmer Jamaican reggae dancer with outstanding shooting. Look at how Madueke interchanged between 7&9 and see how Jackson compliments as the 9 but is also fluid. All of them complimented with now Jadon Sancho .

Essentially I am saying they don't play a diamond 💎 shape with a quintessential number 9 striker.

What will VO do to make them comprehensively better than they currently are , l really don't see them put in a lot of crosses, the forward line interchanges a lot and don't think it's going to suit VO.

When you pay £100 million you expect outstanding outcome delivery.

I think he will be ok but not the star boy of Chelsea.

Osimhen is miles better and suitable for Chelsea pattern of play.

Are you saying he can't play in Chelsea tactical setup or he is limited?

Football is not mathematics. Kompany who was atrocious with Burnley in the EPL is pulling off tactical wonders in Bayern Munich.

This is a team that got relegated. Amunike would need time to shape them. Four games is not a lot, especially with the players adapting to a new philosophy.
If I disagree with you on your brand of football, I certainly agree with you that it takes time to get a team ticking like a well oiled machine.

Sometimes you’ll just be contradicting yourself

Company was Atrocious with Burnley ??

Are you high when he turned the English championship to Sunday league you were here singing his praises

He came to epl where other teams were better than his both physically, technically and financially and you label him a failure

If he was a failure he won’t have gotten his current job

Like someone said it’ll a really big duffos to screw up a bayern job

Just let the players play and the result will flow

AE how far?
When are we getting the list of invited players for our games next week?
Please do not invite Nacho
Let him sit this one out..

Hopefully we can see Chrisantus, then the guy in Montpellier, Akpom of Ajax or maybe Dessers

Same list. But two additional names.

Christantus and Ejuke.

Unless there's an injury.

Read before going off. I said Kompany was atrocious with Burnley in the EPL.

Read well before asking someone if he is high.

What you guys are missing is that Bayern Munich is a club that have always gone for the best coaches they can pay their hands on. Even Nico Kovac was a very sound tactician.

That is why they could land the likes of Guardiola and Ancelotti. Tuchel is a household name too.

It is not that they nailed admin and pick any coach to boost his name.

Kompany got that role because of Guardiola's endorsement. Not because they were looking for any coach to fit into their well greased system.

They were trophyless last season.

That is enough to tell you that it is not a walk in the park.

Can't help but laugh at this statement. There was a time in the Champions League when Guardiola had a fallout with Bayern Munich players because they wanted to play a particular way on their own. I think that was against Real Madrid and they were flogged silly.

There is more to football than letting players play. It is not choosing.

Maybe 🤔 you lack knowledge understanding and capacity and are also one of those sentiment based praise singers.

No other contributor has used more vitriolic rhetoric and debased gutter language against my person than he has.

I challenge misinformation and nonsensical propositions presented as fact and truths and you find that problematic.

For upwards of 6 years we had a narrative of falsehood, deceit, over hype and blatant lies regarding Nwakali. I challenged it substantively and objectively with facts and measured assessments.

If you call that obsession then that's your opinion.

This is a forum where we discuss football ⚽ related matters, we don't just discuss what relates to our person or Nwakali . Thats why I said politely you lack understanding and capacity.
Happy independence.

Come home,
Nigeria need someone like u who have capacity, knowledge and understanding in abundance to steer her out of this political woes and moral decadence.

Instead of wasting your energy in challenging misinformation and nonsensical propositions, u can use it to convey information and logical propositions that will improve the nation, not to tear it down.

Either way, if it is as people are trying to paint it, Ancelotti won't reach a stage of getting sacked at Bayern.

If Chelsea management thinks he can't play in their tactical set up,they won't bother going after him.

Now If Chelsea team believes he is suitable for them ,does it matter what Komkn thinks?

Before. The only way a coach gets sacked is if he F things up. Ancelotti and Tuchel got the boot from Bayern Munich after poor performances.

Strong historical success does not mean it was handed. If it was that easy, Nico Kovac would have continued walking over the league. Saying he won the league before does not change that such a coach still hit a brick wall at Bayern. The historical success will not help him win but the work out in.

Heynckes at Bayer Leverkusen was outclassing Real Madrid in performance. Week in week out. The historical success did not help Bayern then. Bayern had to snap him to save them and they did well.

Why did the historical success not help them last season? How come they lost the league last season and were trophyless? No title last season. History would have strapped it for them.

If Kompany wins the league, it is brilliant.

Bayern Munich is successful because of a history of top coaches working with them.

Apart from Bayern Munich which other teams did the so called top coaches go to excel at. It is just Bayern Munich that is the outright top team. Yes it's not easy to have such high standards as a team. It is on this high standards that coaches are expected to bring out the best.

The season he lost the title, he was not stellar. The title Nico Kovac won did not help him in the next season.

NOT EVERY COACH HAVE BEEN STELLAR AT BAYERN MUNICH.

That's why they are sacked.
