Why was the State House Marina handed over to the Lagos state government without any serious consultation with other states? That was a very important federal asset, and why are they trying to hand over the National Stadium and The National Theatre to the same Lagos state government?

Next presidentia lelections, someone born yesterday will say Tinubu built all those.

National monuments built by the federal government as collective assets of all states! All these while Lagos continues to get the lion share of federal allocations, inspite of her massive tax earnings, arising from the dividends of the enormous federal investments in infastructures when Lagos was the federal capital

Has Nigeria not done enough for Lagos?
grin pain ipob wailer, you are just a nonentity…you come from a shitty region to overstretch our infrastructures, the sea port, airport, rails e.t.c and you expect not to be taxed for all that? If all this were existing in your shitty region, would you have left your state for Lagos?

You haters can’t just hide your hate for a more prosperous state like Lagos grin

Landmark Event Center was destroyed. It's the debris they're still referring to as Landmark.

Find out for yourself.

Landmark Beach was demolished and remains demolished. I did an extensive report on it.
I stood at the same place Sanwolu was standing to do my outro. You can see the place from Landmark HQ.

Demolitions of the outer structures or beachfront took place there because they had encroached on the right of way of Federal land that is currently being used for constructing the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, but the main structures of that leisure business were untouched by any demolitions.

The Federal or state governments can lawfully acquire land on already built up areas for all purposes and for the good of all after due compensations to those who VALIDLY have genuine land documents.

If you are talking of a multimillion USD investment that was completely demolished, then that's Tunji Ariyo's Mami Chulo Resort in the video right BELOW that was demolished for the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway because it stood in the right of way.

You are right with this Angel
But Federal government denied not demolishing the event center?

It's evident it was demolished by federal government and failed to compensate owner. This is investment that gulped over $200million. And yet Lagos state government wants people to invest in the state?

Your support for the state government is sometimes mind boggling. Defies all logic, going by the brazen manner the government destroys people's investments

Comeuppance will certainly visit evildoers!

Did you read the report of aalange(f) on the Resort? Did it originate from me?

I'm a detribalised Nigerian who believe in the country devoid of injustice and bigotry. Unlike many of you who fan the ember of disunity.

You need to be honest with yourself as an adult.

Oga fix the street lights on the highways in Lagos. How can everywhere be pitch black while driving at night. And you know there are many trucks moving on our roads without rear lights or reflectors.

Driving at night in many parts of Lagos is dangerous.

Someone says that he wants to tell someone something and he is saying that I should tell the person. Doesn't he have his own hand and mouth to speak for himself? I tell him to go ahead and tell the person and then he starts insulting me.

First he tries to derail my thread, then he insults me. Isn't that very good?

This is the problem with Nigerians we direct every problem to the governor whereas there are agencies or departments assigned to do some of these things.
What is the function of VIO?
What is the function of maintenance department of that different LGA or LCDA that cover those places?
