Because the parties were not interested. The same thing that happened to CRA and his mistakes are exactly what Fubara is doing. And it will be hard for him to win ANY case in the courts apart from his Rivers state high court.

Sometimes you guys don't think before writing, if that option was available they would not bother with protest, courts cases, Police breaking and stealing election materials, they will wait and seize allocations, have you asked yourself what happened to the case the jobless 27 lawmakers that wanted to stop Rivers allocations ended, it's not as easy as you think Wike excess has limitations get some sense

So who will go to court, parties that never took part in the elections, hope you know PDP and APC are not fielding candidates, that is why they are fighting to stop the election, they are already arranging the hall for swearing in 😂😂😂
