Just give them time. It's clear for majority of fans now. It will be clear for the rest soon

Until he goes to another club and perform before you know things ain’t right at your club.

It used to be structure and Glazers sha cheesy

Doesn’t mean that a proper structure should not be put in place or that the Glazers should remain in charge.

Every other top club has these things in place but you want your club to remain backwards because you hate the manager.

Even then, we were never at the same level with them.

At least he has no excuses anymore.

That was the whole point of putting things in place above the manager. Now they can make the right decisions based on what they’re witnessing from inside the club.

So what is wrong with United? Why has it been a graveyard where talented players and decent managers come to flop?
Good question.

It was easy for fans to hide behind "structure" and "Glazers" excuse when trying to explain the manager's role in the state of the team. Unfortunately for those fans, they don't have that shield anymore.

I have not said we don't need the structure and whether Glazers should have stayed or not. Those excuses don't exist anymore, now more people are asking the right questions. The coach is not a helpless minor. He is part of management

I don't even understand. I believe most can't just handle the pressure. I think so far, only Bruno has played at an highest level for the longest time. Look at the same Bruno drafting apology letter every other week, there's no way it hasn't gotten into his head. It'll be difficult to get that groove back.

Ugarte is already labeled a flop after like 3 games. De ligt is labelled the new Maguire, Zirkzee? Lmao. Antony as terrible as he is now looked decent in his first few weeks.

This is why I wanted crazy rich owners. The only way around this is to sign Galaticos. That City/Liverpool method of gradually building will probably never work here.

That structure is necessary, irrespective of who the manager is. They will aid a good manager, creating the best environment for him to work in. And if the manager is bad, they can easily see through his bullshhit.

This is unlike Arnold and co who are clueless about how to run a football club.

Bruno is always trying to do the job of 3 people at the same time. If only his teammates were as committed as he is. You can’t imagine how his mental state will be.

In trying to do too much, he plays rubbish- which is inexcusable. It’s the job of the club and the management team to ensure that everyone does their jobs.

The very essence of Ashworth and Berrada. They are inside and seeing things we aren’t. They should drop the axe at the right time and have a good strategy for afterwards.

Afrodoc2 the U18s might turn it around. 4-3 now.

Edit: they didn’t. FT4-3. Shea Lacey was lively when he came on tho.

Yeah Lacey came in and scored 2 goals.

The coach (who i rate highly) made a big mistake with his starting lineup.

He should not have played Plunkett (who has been a woeful defender since joining us) with Munro who is just coming back from several months' injury on the right side of defense.

We had conceded just 2 goals in 6 games all season while scoring more than 20, only to concede 4 today. That Plunkett is looking very suspect defensively. I can't wait to see the other new RB James Overy get a chance. Hopefully he is better defensively.

In this setting, coaches are rarely spared - ETH would probably have been kicked out at the beginning of last season

It's is also noteworthy that our investments under ETH isn't too far off from what you would get in a Galatico setup

Yeah, with thay setup you need to bring in results or get the sack. Nothing like gradual build-up.

Galatico set up isn't about how much you spent. If that was the case, you'd call City a Galatico set up. It's about the calibre of players you bring in.

I'm not even saying it'll work. Just wondering what can work. The players we bring in that are supposed to take the next step end up not doing it. Instead their weaknesses get highlighted. So maybe bringing in the Kanes, Mbappes, Dejongs and co with a manager like Zidane is the solution.

I thought we were doing the galatico thingy until Ineos came on board. At some point, we bought the best players in several leagues. Or what does galatico mean? Then you guys were saying we needed to build patiently, now it’s back to galatico style.

I honestly don’t know what you want!

This a load of crap yo. Ain't nothing like doing too much. That's the silly phrase y'all use whenever you want to make excuses for Pep and Bruno.
You hear bs like, 'doing too much' and ' overthinking his tactics'

Let anyone who's clueless and confused be addressed appropriately. It's a big insult to those who've spotted Bruno's uselessness since last season, for someone to come and say he's doing too much. What the fvck has that id!ot done, if I may ask.

I bet you're one of those who committed the atrocious act of comparing that clown to DeBruyne.

It's not about what we want. We're only discussing what could be the solution to the constant issues. I'm not Woodward or Murtough.

And yeah, we tried something like that but we were getting the wrong players and it was hitting us badly. After signing 2 or 3 of those players, we go on a break the next window. Reason I clearly mentioned super rich owners.
