After a month-long private vacation trip to London, former President Muhammadu Buhari has returned to Nigeria. Upon his arrival at Kano Airport, he was warmly welcomed by family members, close associates, top government officials, soldiers, and DSS operatives who gathered to greet him.

The plane conveying Buhari, his entourage, and special DSS security touched down at Kano airport at approximately 5:30 pm.

Buhari was received by other top government officials

Ex President dey japa to Ukay, President dey take vacation for Ukay. They will tell you to stay and build Nigeria. The small one you manage to build, they will squander it. Imagine, someone's pension was about 4m in early 2023 and is about 6m currently but 4m of 2023 is almost 10m now, so you are growing numerically in Nigeria while depreciating in value. Except you are doing business, inflation will swallow you in this country.

With inflation at 33% or more , only few business are profitable running on such margins

When say these things they ask if "na statistics we chop"? The problem is that the average political jobber doesn't even understand what 33% inflation means. One was saying that fuel was cheaper before because it was subsidised and is complaining about egg at 6k a create. I think our inflation figures are highly under reported it should be close to 70%.

no need for banters but what do Peter obi need DSS Security for?
It should be the other way round….I don’t see why Buhari should be walking around with security operatives if he worked on the security of the country when he was in charge….country no safe that’s why he needs those security.

That he walks around with such a number of security guards is evidence that he failed woefully in his constitutionally stipulated duty of providing security when he was president.

The country he did govern for eight solid years isn't safe for him to walk around without any security details.

There is no reason to brag about failure.
