Yes you can.
If you have an O,level with good grades you can apply for scholarships in the list mentioned destination. Studying abroad comes with great benefits but you must be financially buoyant to settle in and find a few job roles.
Don't give any agent the money to help you with it otherwise most times it ends in premium tears.

I don’t think the age is going to be any problem at all. But you must be sure to have good grades in your O’level and also be financially stable enough to Sponsor yourself.

If abroad means Western countries, yes you can. These guys care less about your age and it is private information, it is Nigerians who don't mind their business and do nothing to help you that think you're late to start at anytime.

Even in Nigeria, some people have graduated at old ages. Kanayo O. Kanayo went back to school. It is never too late my friend. Protect your mind and focus on your goals. Ignore the distractions.

What you should be worrying about is proof of funds. Cos that Canada you mentioned, you'll need a minimum amount of 25m. And that money must be captured in your account when you submit your 6 months bank statement to them.

Once you can scale that hurdle, you'll definitely get the student visa.

The only university I saw that has an age limit was Northern Cyprus - once you're above30. Even the main Cyprus doesn't have age limit

Apply for scholarships to make your education cheaper. Fully funded types are possible.
