Hello everyone, I am confused about how to apply for an H-4 visa on the new portal. Do I need to create new login details for each dependent? I tried adding them while creating my own H1B application, but I got an error saying group applications are not allowed. Gurus please help |

Please guys, does anyone know how long it takes to get your card "Green Card" after entering the States with your immigrant visa? I know the timeline might be different from state to state, but I will appreciate it if anyone can share their experience with the state of Indiana in particular, or any other states. Thanks guys |

Re: Living In The USA - Life Of An Immigrant Part 1 by Taal17: 1:34pm On Sep 16 |
DWJourney: About 3weeks or so. Have you paid for the green card yet? If you haven't you should get mail from USCIS saying that you not paid and requesting you make payment. By the way your visa in the passport is actually valid for 1year from the date you entered the US. So if you need that you can use it as soon identification/permit to work 2 Likes |

ogbeni94: Are you applying from Nigeria? I think it might be the same process if you were applying for a visit visa and wanted to add dependents. I'd say create new accounts for each |

FameGlory: Why are you looking for the person? How long has the person been in the US, and which visa route did he use to get here? Please provide answer to those questions, and let start from there. |

If you have the full name of the person and the state/city or zip code the person lives, you may be able to find some information via this link https://www.fastpeoplesearch.com/ search the name and see what info is in the public FameGlory: 1 Like |

FameGlory: You need more details. How long have they been abroad Do they go by a different name What state were they last in ? What about other friends they know? You might need to find police reports or prison records. They may have also just changed states and don't want to be reached. 2 Likes |

Good day everyone I must appreciate everyone's contribution on this trend, I have been reading tens and lot of comments from everyone. I have a question, I'm in Nigeria but planning to relocate to USA. I think the study route is easier ( i stand to be corrected) however, I don't know which state or school will be of benefit the most. I'm a graduate with a third class from Obafemi Awolowo University. I studied history and international relations, I graduated in the year 2019/2020. I've been working from home as a digital marketing specialist with specific focus e-mail marketing, I have done over $800k through helping DTC companies. I am confused on either taking cybersecurity for master's degree in USA or pursing a marketing degree. Either ways, I want to what will save me time to relocate ASAP (before March 2025 π) I have a recommendation letter from one of my clienn New York. But I don't know if my niche stand a chance of getting any job after I relocate or I should learn how to repair cars (my parents advise which doesn't hold water because my dad said I don't need it so far I have tech skill). After relocation, can I still focus on my remote job as a side hustle? Please I am completely lost and i need advice on where to start and how best to go about it. Thanks π |

Living in the [https://tripnepal.com/]USA as an immigrant is a unique journey[https://tripnepal.com/]. I totally support your experience! Itβs interesting how, like the Everest region of Nepal, this land presents both challenges and beauty. Every journey shapes us. Keep sharing! |

Hello everyone, pls a Friend of mine urgently needs advice. He wants to invest in the US real estate market..something like a residential flat or an Air bnb of some sort in like one of the major big Cities with strong rent market and tourism, his budget is around $200k to $350k. Questions are: How easy is it to buy and manage such asset as a non US citizen living in Nigeria? What are the best big Cities for such investment? Is there a better location(UK for example)for such investment than the US? Is there an (easier)immigration pathway for him or his adult children after securing such investment? You can answer anyone you know.. |

Wonderful thread! Please guys, For the recent immigrants to the US, what format of the "Certificate of Birth" issued by National Population Commission(NPC) was accepted by the NVC for civil documents? We've had an attestation of birth issued by NPC and most recently certificate of birth from same NPC both rejected as invalid document. Please any contributions will be appreciated |
