Enugu and Ibadan used to be regional capitals. Today Enugu has left Ibadan in the dust despite being destroyed during the Biafran war.

Your reply below is what you call "I countered"?
Do you know what "counter" stand for?
You agreed with my initial statement and disagreed on the ground that you remove Lagos, now same you is saying I should bring data now?
U are pàthètic my friend.

Guy! Yes, I brought up the issue of census because the popular narrative is that there are more igbos in the SW than there are yorubas in the SE.

I was simply SAYING COME TO THINK OF IT, IS IT REALLY TRUE? DID YOU OR ANYONE DO A CENSUS TO TEST YOUR ASSUMPTION... you then proceeded to ask me the same thing in response MEANWHILE IT WAS YOU WHO FIRST MADE AN ASSUMPTION between both of us.

I am a neutral just like you but the irony is that there are more lgb0s in Yoruba land than Yorubas have ever been in lgb0 land.
If lgb0s are doing better like u said, trust me, reverse will be the case.

The last time I checked, you were a neutral, I am also a neutral, the analysis pointing and making references to me is funny, isn't it?
Cities maintain their looks even in 100 years, somehow a section of Ibadan maintaining its' looks is a crime according to u lgb0s?
If ur lgb0 Iand was better, why are u lgb0s running to Yoruba land on daily basis in search of greener pastures?
As I am talking to u now.
There are lgb0s preparing to leave Anambra to Ekiti in search of better life, how is your society great if you leave it in huge numbers in search of better life to a society u all come back to iñsuIt?
Is it not ironic?

What proof have you to show that the commentors you refer to are all Igbos? It is criminal and utterly illogical to rely on pre-emptive assumption. You soon will conclude that I'm also Igbo now.
Please lets be guided.

His next comment is to tag me a Yoruba because of my view on the subject matter, I tag him an lgb0 because of his view on same subject matter, ironically, u are so blind to see that I'm responding to his allegations, u are calling me out for what he started, u are pàthètic my friend, it only tells one thing about you.

I have been expecting this narrative ages ago, finally, it is here.
Do u have Chinese selling gala in the traffic here?
Do you have Chinese doing all manner of jobs just to survive here?
Can u say the lgb0s in Yoruba land are there for professional jobs like the Chinese are here?

Did you accept initially that there are more lgb0s in Yoruba land than Yorubas in lgb0 land?
Of course you agreed, that was my initial statement, it is the same statement that you agreed with that u are now telling to me bring census details simply because I want to stay in the argument whereas u cañ't get ur sh*t together.
You agreed with that statement and said we should remove Lagos, same you has gone back to the initial statement u agreed with and adding that we should remove Lagos, are u not pàthètic?

Now, let me explain it to you like the dunce you are... I removed lagos because it wouldn't be fair. Common sense should have told you that I wasn't counting lagos as part of "yorubaland" since it was former FCT.... hell, 60 to 70% of yorubas in the south west may be in lagos ALONE! 😂

When you remove lagos, it becomes a fairer contest and I'm saying that indeed it may NOTbe true that there are more igbos in the rest of the Southwest than there are yorubas in the south east.

It was on that premise i was arguing. Remove lagos, take a census of both tribes in both regions and you may be shocked.

Now do you understand? Or do I draw pictures for you? 😒🤔

You still don't get it, do you?
You are arguing blindly.
We should remove Lagos because it is former FCT, what you are typing in blind defense, does it make sense to u typing it?
So Abuja is no longer Gwari land because it is FCT abi?
Or Calabar is not longer their land because it was former FCT?
I made a statement that said there are more lgb0s in Yoruba land than Yorubas in lgb0 land, you seconded it and said we should remove Lagos before making a fair comparison.
Same you came back to say I should provide data to back my claim that I made which u seconded, does anyone need to agree that there are more lgb0s in Yoruba land than Yorubas in lgb0 land?
This lousy statement of yours is the reason the Yorubas are tightening their fists against u lgb0s in Lagos, when u continue on this part for 8 years, it will have done the entire race who sees Lagos as the height of fulfilment more harm than good, the rest of us Nigerians will support them.

I had initially decided to leave you to your folly as you weren't worth my time but lets go back.
Below is my first reply to you. Read the underlined very well.

WHERE IN THAT SCREENSHOT DID I SECOND YOU? OR YOU DONT KNOW MEANING OF THE WORD "seconded"? I NEVER AGREED WITH YOU OGBENI.

I SIMPLY REITERATED A WELL KNOWN FACT... HOW is that I'm in agreement with you? 😂

My second paragraph may have given you that notion but what it simply meant was that WITH LAGOS ADDED, there is AN ILLUSION of more igbos in SW than yorubas in SE NOT that for sure there are more igbos in the SW.

In your place are there not more igbos than yorubas there, most you don't understand a thing at all even in mauduguri there are more igbos there than any other tribe after the natives, and your brain could not tell you the reason, you think people travel to other places just to live in cities. there are more cities in Igbo land than other region in Nigeria, make your research, igbos travel only for economic purposes the status of the place doesn't matter

Continue deceiving yourself with lies. Attached are pictures of Onitsha in the 1960’s. The people in the streets of Onitsha then still appeared well clothed, richer and more comfortable than those in your Ibadan of 1970’s.

Stop trying to hide the rot and stagnancy that is obvious to everyone. Some of you even compare Ibadan slums without toilets or any decent facilities fit for human habitation with Venice, London etc. LOL.

Continue fooling yourselves.

ChiefJusticeFuc:

And at the time that picture of old Ibadan was taken in the 50s (and not 70s), majority of your people were walking around stark buttnaked in Alaigbo until the Eastern Nigerian Govt had to roll out anti-nudity laws.

Chattel and indentured Slavery was still up and running in your society when that pic was taken. Slavery was officially banned in iboland in 1953 although the practice still continued unabated even after the civil war.

One of the general stupid post that comes from the mind of uneducated tribal bigots.

So Ibadan is just Mapo area?

You took picture from an ancient part of the town, while ignoring the fact that it is a town that keeps expanding and accomodating people from every part of the country.

The inferiority complex driving you guys to always compare your penile length to other people's is so entrenched in your culture and attitude.

It is really sad what stupidity has reduced you guys to.
