Occam razor
Option 3 - The easier explanation. There was someone who was a better fit and knew more than your friend whose resume was submitted.

When 10 elite people contest for 1 spot, 9 of them will lose it. It doesnt make them bad its just that someone was better
Why am I not playing for Lakers, or Cowboys or an Olympian or working at NASA?? because there are people better than me!! SIMPLE!!!

But perpetual victims will never get that. It has to be some grand conspiracy against them. That is why you will always remain a failure and anyone who thinks like you

Except there was a bigger issue regarding him and his company and accusations of racism. He was concerned the board would let him go.
So, he asked a couple of other black friends to sit on the board. One turned him down because he thought the allegations may have merit.

The applicant was super tight. Would be taking a substantial pay cut to work there. But it may be the case that there was other candidates but it may also be the case that our friend has a blind spot when it comes to race. I think both perspectives may have merit. I just think it is fair to evaluate both first.

My friend grew up around racism when he was young. His dad was racist. He's open about it. He is the only white guy in this crew.

The problem is that you as a Black man in the US, see racism as impossible with all the evidence around you. It speaks to a greater issue with you.

She has gone batshit crazy with the bullshit.
She should keep appearing on TV the polls are good for trump each time she is on tv

Q: "I used to spend $250 a week on food and now it goes up to $350... What are you going to do to help the middle class so that the cost of living does not destroy us?"

Kamala: "I come from the working class. I'm never going to forget what I come from."

Let the insane Ijebos show the person his chart and tell them that cost of living is lower

I am 100% sure that you didn't watch the town hall meet or watch the short clip attached to the write up. If you did you would have known that the write up didn't happened as quoted and you would have known that the Questionnaire was the one that specifically brought the 'middle/working class' need into the question.

You guys just run with every headline that sound cool without checking...reason Trump easily manipulate you people.

Remove racism from this. Any time you go for an interview or take a call from an interviewer, they make you feel you are getting the job and you are doing well even if you are not.

That's always true in the Western world. I have worked in the UK, Nigeria, and now the US.

They are always giving positive vibes so don't be confident of getting a job after an interview. Maybe there is someone better

Stfu, you don't work in the US and have never been to the US.
And from all accounts here you left the UK because you couldn't get papers.
You have 0 idea what networking is like in the US, esp when you have friends who run shit.

The mods should ban you for this lying. I'm sure you're seeding these lies to run a scam.

The point I am making is that she is giving the same answer even if it has not been working 9 times before this univision townhall. It's a shame. Someone says she is spending more on things now, you start telling her the same bullshit you have been saying. Sometimes just go straight to the point. Forget the I grew up line. It's tired and played out.

I don't have to watch everything. That short clip is a full question and answer. She messed up. As well as other question like when a man asked her about the coup on Joe

Why do you think only 1 resume can be tight to the CEO?
How are you sire he did a great interview and others didnt do better than him at the interview? Do you have a recording of the interview?

Get a job on connection? And you assume he is the only person connected to the "CEO"

But you will never know because you are a failure in life

The problem is you are out of your depth in this conversation as you are with most conversations with me.

You left for better work in Nigeria. Then left Nigeria in 2021 or 2023 depending on who you are talking to for better work in the US or Canada depending on who you are talking to and what picture you are posting that moment.

Is Trump also manipulating the cost of living of ordinary Americans who feel they are paying more than they used to 4yrs ago?

The thing with Kamala is that she doesnt have a plan nor was suited for this position, if she had gone through a primary she would not have survived it nor been the nominee. She is significantly poorer than Obama Biden Clinton which is showing in the polls

Her answers are usually regurgitated memorized stuffs, with occasional bland policy statements. Does not sound authentic

All applicants that can to the level of CEO are all Super tight. HR wont let anyone get to that stage if they are not super tight. If you have gone through that level of recruitment before you will realize the best of the best get to CEO level interview yet only 1 should get picked

For you to quickly deflect to the race already shows you have a failure mindset and can never amount to anything in life

Every human will experience rejection at some point because someone else was better than them, Winners take that on the chin and improve themselves. Losers and failures find excuses

That is the question Black people are asking themselves. Charles Barley is over 60. If he started voting at 20 that means 40yrs of voting. 10 presidential elections of voting Democrats yet nothing has changed for him and his neighborhood

Isn't it about time he does something different?

Black men typically don't have anything given to them, they work to get everything, they dont get benefits of being white, they don't get benefits of being women. So they get it from all sides. And justifiably are the ones who know whats up and how no one gives a shiit about you

His argument is flawed. In those 40 years, there have been Democrats and Republicans in power, if his community truly remains the same/poor, maybe the community need to be studied to know the root cause of his community stagnancy while other communities are making progress.

You can watch 10 videos of Kamala and hear the same lines. The below is a short clip from NYPost

This has always been part of her this link is from 2022 and they noted the same thing. Same repetition which people have tagged her with

Take that data and go show the majority of Americans who think economy is their biggest concern. That even Obama alluded to yesterday but you a failure cant understand or get it because you are a lowlifer, no family to care for, no job, your parents still fend for you. Ask those who take care of your bills how they are faring compared to 5yrs ago
